We have 34 sheets drywall installed in and around the first floor, mostly ceilings with first coat of plaster, tape and corners (paper tape) done. Anyways 1st coat of plaster is mediocre and done. Need someone to come and finish/fix - cash deal after hours ok, this week asap. Also have bathroom to be plastered and fixing of second floor hall that was there previously but needs nice skim coat. Any takers?
Hello,
We are looking to have our home exterior upgraded. This is includes filling it cracks in brick, fix/change colour of the stucco in the front of the home, add stucco to lower portion of the sides of the home, sealing the foundation, and paint windows black.
Possibly more to discuss.
Need in the next 2 weeks: approx 9 sheets of drywall (2 sheets 5/8ths, rest 1/2 or 1/4) - odd shape, installed in 2 stairwells with taping. Minor repair and transition to plaster hallway. One small section requires a curved wall-to-ceiling repair.
Will consider added job if price is right: replacing existing wainscoting with drywall 1/2 inch drywayll sheets from floor to 4 ft. Another apporx 7-10 sheets. Taping joints, a few corners. Some plaster crack repairs.
If required I can supply the drywall to the site to save on time/costs for you.
Looking for a quality / fair-priced job. Prefer people who specialize in drywall/taping over generalist.
Located near bloor and ossington.
We live in an apartment/condo that is 30+ years old. Some time back we started experiencing leaks in our bathtub due to grout giving way. Bathtub wall shared by hallway (jacket) closet on one side and hallway wall on other. Both experienced water damage. Major problem is the closet - back in the 70's when building was erected they had mesh fencing that was sprayed with the drywall material. There are no beams to screw in new drywall sheets.
Looking for someone with experience with older buildings to do plaster work. Also due to years of the "building settling" areas have some stress points need to be smoothed out as well as corners of adjoining walls. Largest of problem spots is about 25 square feet and smaller areas about 6-8 square feet. Prefer that water resistant plaster or drywall be used. We are intending to paint the house once all problem areas are patched up.
The bathroom needs a bit of plaster above the shower and in two small spots around the bathtub and paint. The two bedrooms are just to be painted. One bed room is 12 x 9 feet and the other is 13 x 10 feet.
I would appreciate 2 different quotes. 1- Just for the bathroom and 2- for the bathroom and both rooms.
We have decorative moulding in our living room. It is inset from the walls by about 2 feet. The moulding has cracked and we will need it repaired. the damage is about 2 feet where the moulding has come detached from the ceiling. We will need that replaced/repaired and the ceiling painted. The ceiling area is roughly 400 sq feet

There is a hole in our wall the size of a wine bottle in one room that needs to be plastered up. Also, in the bathroom the towel rack came out of the wall and left two small holes. We need the towel-rack put back in (we have it here). The walls in both rooms are white.
