The property owner is looking for:
-main focus: have someone experienced and trained as a plumber, to install the new dishwasher already in place under the counter, with all the needed hardware
-possibly look at the toilet which has to have the handle held down for six seconds to flush
-potentially examine outside faucet for leaking
I am looking for a quote to install a washer and dryer in my basement (wall has access to oustide for venting), there is no laundry/dryer connections in this place.
I know behind the wall I want to put the washer and dryer, there is cold and hot water pipes (for a small shower that is not longer in use) and drainage, so that being said, it should not be that hard. Also I would need the electrical plug (s) for these items and the duct work to have the dryer vent outside.
Basically I need:
- Cold and Hot Water Hookup.
- Electrical Plug installed for appliances.
- Drainage.
- Vent pipe to outside wall of basement for dryer.
If you are a plumber/contractor that can get an electrician to do the other part, contact me so we can set up a time for you to come and give me a qoute.
Thanks,
Carlos
The pipe going to my meter broke and it is all rusted. I had the city turn off the water. The connection can be fixed and replaced but I fear that leaving the old rusted pipe in the ground is a problem waiting to happen in the future. I would like an estimate on running the pipe from the city water shutoff which is located on my property to the water meter. I estimate the length from the shutoff to the location of the water meter to be around 20 feet. Thanks
I need a vanity to be plumbed in. The old one has been removed and the new one's sink is to the left where the previous one was centred. Thus the plumbing needs to be changed. This is the last piece of the bathroom to put back together. I am hoping to get this done as soon as possible. Please let me know if you are able to give me a quote and when you would be able to do the work
Please email as I am quite deaf on the phone
Thanks
Moira
Looking to have some plumbing for a bathroom reno. I am largely doing the bathroom reno myself, just need a licensed plumber. I currently have a single sink vanity. I need automatic shut off valves installed so I can remove existing vanity, then I would like the plumbing done to add the second sink (I will be putting in two 36 in vanities along the same wall).
Lastly I'd like to have the drain to my shower moved slightly (I will have exposed subfloor), moving the drain is something I can likely do myself, but if I already have a plumber coming its likely only a 20 min job by a pro.
If you can provide me a ball park estimate that would be great.
Thanks.

I am looking for a plumbing contractor to supply and install all plumbing rough-ins for an upcoming project.

The plans are as attached. I will be looking for an estimation of how much will it cost and only contractors in the budget will be contacted.
Hi,
I have a 1.5 storey house (about 1,000 sq ft) we'd like to renovate. We need to hire a plumber for the work that has to be done:
-the whole plumbing has to be replaced with pvc pipes (currently has 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom)
-the kitchen needs to be relocated in a different part of the house and the plumbing moved.
-plumbing for a new bathroom addition on the second floor.
I am having some trouble with the flush of a toilet in my basement rental unit. The toilet has been augered which improved the flush somewhat (a penny and 2 nails were pulled out, as well as a lot of black flaky stuff, but no major clog), however it still doesn't seem to be resolved (currently slow/weak flush, tenant reports that it sometimes flushes well, but the majority of the time does not). The city came to check if roots were blocking the pipes, however were unable to complete a complete review due to a trickily accessible drain pipe, but reported that it was unlikely to be a tree root problem as the plumbing in the rest of the house seems to be draining ok. It may be related to having general low water pressure in the house (old pipes coming in, small diameter from what I understand), but that seems to be a big project that is unfortunately not in the budget at the moment.
The second issue is a dripping (hot water) bathtub faucet in the same bathroom.
I'm hoping to have someone come out and fix both problems within the next week (preferably Thursday or Friday morning or afternoon or over the weekend). I have to work around my tenant's schedule, so prefer to book a time when he is not yet home from work (early mornings - ie. 8am, or afternoons - ie. 3pm would work best for me).
I have a small 8 x 4 washroom that I would like to install a pre-fab shower (Lowes type), sink and toilet. The builder has roughed in the area however I would like the plumber to relocate some of the plumbing located in the upper northwest wall as it is sticking out and want to avoid having to build bulkhead to cover it thus lose space. Also, need the plumber to break the flooring to create a drain for the shower; pipe hot and cold water for sink and toilet.
Looking for a plumber to come work in our basement. Need to remove and old tub, install shower drain in the opposite corner of the bathroom and possibly move the toilet a few inches.
Also looking to install small kitchen in basement and will need the water line T'd off from an existing supply.
Looking to start ASAP

Underground work is complete and has passed city inspection. Looking for a licensed crew to continue on with the next steps - rough in, water lines (pex, manifold etc). Work will be inspected by city as per permit checkpoints.
Please contact me if you'd like to look at the job. I'm the GC on the project.
If you have pictures of Pex installs please send them.
Plumber needed to repair or run new pipes from street to house - replace lead pipes with copper. Entire new set or the ability to repair existing pipe. As well, wall needs to be opened to run a duct to the outside of the house and tap into the existing hope where a previous dryer duct was used.

I am getting the fan coil unit in my condo re-mediated and when the technician came, he noticed that the nut was not properly installed (please see attached picture). He said if he takes out the fan coil, he would not be able to screw it back as the threads will be badly stripped. He recommended I get a plumber to fix the issue. I hope you can help me in this matter.
The water in my basement bathroom backs up sometimes. A plumber used a camera and found that roots have damaged a portion of the old clay drainage pipe resulting in 90% blockage. I need a quote to dig up the old pipe and replace it with a new PVC pipe. The roots are ~15ft form the toilet. The home is in downtown Toronto.
