Two problems:
1) shower is emitting sewer gas on the 1st Floor unit (1 of three units in a triplex)
2) SF shower leaks intermittently. Only happens now and again. Can’t figure out what the leak is.
Need a good plumber to fix both jobs. I can be present if an invasive investigation is required.

Hello,
I need some plumbing done for a project;
To install new vanity + piping (to be connected to existing vanity in a very nearby washroom for drainage)
To cap some pipes after an existing sink is removed.
All in all its approx. a one day job.
After this project I also have a full mixed property that needs plumbing; currently has no plumbing whatsoever so it will be all new piping from the city meter.
I am currently looking for a plumber I can continuously give project to for my construction company.
Hello,
I'm looking for a plumbing contractor to install new vents and drains for a new build.
There is already an existing drain in the basement to the city.
I will do all the supply lines and finish work.
I'm looking to contract out only the drains and vents to each room and the walkout.
Attached are the plans. Please call or email me if you have any questions. I response very quick.
Thanks
Four plumbing jobs:
1) Install new toilet in the upstairs bathroom. It may need additional work on the flange in the floor. The current toiltet is bolted directly to the floor, because couldn't use the flange. The bolts might be loose as the toilet rocks a little and might be leaking. I currently plan to buy the new toilet separately, but am always willing to compare options.
2) Reseat the existing toilet in the basement bathroom. It is leaking a little.
3) Install Inside basement shut-off valve for the outside hose faucet.
4) Stabilize kitchen sink faucet, which may be loose because of damage to hole in the countertop. May need some wood bracing

I'm looking for someone to provide a reasonable hourly rate for labour only. Pex piping will be provided as well as the crimper tool. All materials can be priced separately. All walls are open. Job is as follows:
remove existing copper plumbing
re-route main feed to new hot water tank location
rough-in pex to the following:
2 bathrooms (main/bsmt)
3 kitchens (2nd/main/bsmt)
1 laundry room (bsmt)
dig bsmt trenches for drains in kitchen, bathroom, laundry, furnace, outdoor step

I plan to replace the private portion of my water service. All internal piping is copper. I believe that lead pipe connects my internal service to City's water main shut off box. I would need to hire a plumber to reconnect my copper pipe to the property line and coordinate with the City to connect my new 19 mm copper pipe to City's water shut off.
Hi,
My condo requires some plumbing work done as follows in Toronto(Eglinton and DVP). Please let me know the quote for each one.
1.Addition of Diapper sprayer to the toilet flush tank supply in two bathrooms(adding a T-Connector to the hose and attaching the hand held sprayer).
2. Re-installing the existing sink and faucet in the kitchen after counter top replacement.

The contractor should have proper insurance to work on a condo corporation.
Thanks,
SB
My condo was being renovation but the contractor did not finish the job because they only have allocated 2 weeks but promise to finish the job and did not so I am stuck now with the other things like this above that I can't do myself.
The dishwasher is not connected and and the dryer vents. I am looking for a contractor to do the plumbing so I could use the kitchen and the dishwasher. If someone can help me find I would certainly appreciate it.

City returned with a snake, but could not get the snake down, due to an outside trap. Need to have the trap removed, before city will come back to inspect further. High Park/Roncesvaled area.

Hello,
Our pvc pipe going outside (ie, for backyard hose) has split.
We suspect it was installed poorly, because it split even though we were careful to drain it over the winter.
Please see attached image. The split is on the short stretch of pvc pipe (right side of image).
Craig.
Hi. We are getting our garage slab replaced and as a result we taking the floor a little bit lower (4inches). I need a plumber to reduce the height of my clean outs at the top by 4-5inches. The garage floor will be chipped out and you will have access and no chipping required. Needs to be done on Thursday 31st, only contact me if you have availability on this day as they will be doing the pour for the concrete the next day. The clean outs are deep so we have plenty of additional space even after a reduction in size (photos attached).
Photos attached of current clean out.
Main issue:
Old mud room was converted into a powder room and laundry area, with limited insulation and no heat source underneath the floors or within the inside area. As a result, the drain pipe has frozen during extreme cold during the past 2 winters.
The Details:
The drain pipe currently runs completely above ground, being exposed to the elements. It starts underneath the floorboards of the extension (above ground), then continues through the wall of the extension and exits outside. It then continues underneath the deck boards (all still above ground), then elbows at a 90 degree angle down into the ground to connect with the main drain.
Important notes:
1) the current pipe is an ABS pipe
2) the footprint of the extension is approx. 8 x 11 feet (this is a totally rough estimate)
3) the ground under the deck is poured concrete
4) we suspect that the pipe runs straight down into the ground to connect with the main drain outside the exterior wall of the house.
5) we estimate that the length of the drain pipe is approx. 10-12 feet in length.
We are looking for quotes for options to correct this issue so the pipe won't freeze, and to rebuild/fix any areas that are demo-ed in the process.
