I am looking for a Contractor to build new deck. Deck is located at the second floor level (raised bungolo with walk out basement). There is existing deck from the home builder with small area. New deck should be built from new material and with new footing. Deck area 24'X14' including stairs to ground level (about 9' height). Baseboard is attached to the house wall, but it is short and requires extension. Material is treated wood. The railing system includes wood posts at the corners and each one is spaced 6'. Ground water elevation about 3'from top.
I would like to have a cost estimate of the project with two options: only labour and price includes labour plus material.
Can you please give me a quote to remove an old deck and construct a new deck at Donald Cr. Wasaga Beach Ontario. I would like composite material on the decking and glass railing, either capless or white aluminum. It needs to be all one level coming off the kitchen. Currently, the stairs are coming off the side. I would like them moved to the back. Please let me know if this is something you are interested in.

I have a trailer for sale in the Wasaga Beach CountryLife Resort (near Walmart) and was told by the park that I needed to have one step on my deck repaired (it is a bit loose and not safe) and also the siding on my shed needs to be repaired or covered with vinyl siding (currently it is chip board or something similar because its quite old).
Wondering if someone could contact me to get a quote. I need this trailer to sell sooner than later, and don't have the ability to go up and make these repairs.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Three level decking with composite decking and aluminum railing:
- level 1 - balcony level that extended to make enough space to install gazebo (10x12/Essex) with 5 stairs down to the second level
- level 2 - ground level should be enough strong to make sauna (1000 lb/90x80) on the top with one stair to the ground level (no railing required)
- level 3 - balcony level (small balcony)
- trex decking: grooved Island Mist
- fascia: some material that match Island Mist color but much cheaper
- railing: Regal (white 2x2 poles, white core, black square balusters (small)
