Bathroom 1: We are looking to upgrade our kids bathroom - it currently has a toilet, vanity, and shower over bath. The basic layout of the bathroom will not change - we would like to keep the existing tub but change the tile around the tub and the shower fixtures. We would also like to keep the existing toilet but upgrade the vanity. Also possibly change the cork flooring.
Bathroom 2: This bathroom consists of a toilet, corner vanity, and large tub. We are open to design changes, but would like to change the tile on the floor, and tub surround. Toilet and vanity need replacing.
I was just let down by a contractor. I have the shower tray, sliding glass doors, the exact tiles to go where the bath was, and the exact grout. Just need a contractor now.
Please can someone give me a quote on taking out the bath, installing the tray, dry wall and waterproofing where bath was, tiling and putting the glass doors on. Also would like the old hot and cold dial removed, and my body shower fitted over the existing plumbing, says it is very easy. This has to be done on budget. Was being charged $1000 dollars, and if it is much more, would not be able to afford to do it anymore.
We need our bathroom completely gutted.
Half of a 10 foot wall moved 3 feet out to make the room a complete rectangle instead of its current odd shape.
Plumbing required for:
-new toilet to move location.
-new bathtub/shower to move location.
-two separate vanities installed in different spot then existing single vanity.
The whole bathroom put back together with vintage-like finishings:
-new toilet (high efficiency)
-new vanities and faucets (two separate small vanities)
-new bathtub/shower and all accoutrement (faucets, shower heads etc.)
-new vinyl flooring (slate look)
-tiling half way up all walls (classic glossy white tiles)
-all new bathroom accoutrement (toilet paper holder, towel rod, storage/shelving)
Our bathroom is small at approximately 10 feet by 6 feet.

We need to replace a shower stall in the basement bathroom. The grout has started to fall out, causing the tiles to swell and crack because the water is getting behind. There is also mould on the bottom corners that must be addressed to prevent future mould once the new shower is complete. (note: we have addressed all previous water leaks from the shower head, kept the bathroom fan running, and shower curtain open to keep it dry but mould still returns after cleaning. I'm assuming it's because of the water getting behind the walls and settling at the bottom.)
The shower is 34 x 34 " by 81" tall. Everything would need to be gutted and replaced with new material.
We were looking to have the work started over the next few weeks.
Happy to discuss this further over the phone.
