I am looking to have our basement finished. House is approximately 2300 sq feet, home is 5 years old in north Whitby. I have a rough sketch of the basement that I will send along as requested.
I am looking for someone to provide 3D CAD drawings of some layout options for me, as well as some ideas for finishing the basement more efficiently.
Basement is `L``shaped, and as mentioned I am looking for a competitive price on completion. I will consider splitting the work amongst various contractors to get the work done (i.e. framing, electrical, drywall) so if you do not finish basements, but can accomodate drywalling or framing please feel free to contact me.
Please contact me via email.
Thanks
Our small master bath is in need of a renovation. Here is a detailed list of what we need:
-plumbing needs to be looked at. The toilet, when flushed, leaks into the kitchen. There is a hole in the kitchen where the plumbing is exposed because of the mold caused by the leaking.
-the hole in the kitchen needs to be repaired, once the plumbing has been fixed
-we have a jacuzzi tub we no longer need and can be removed. We just want a regular tub.
-we would like to replace the toilet as well
-looking to get a new vanity as the one we have is outdated
Thanks in advance!

Looking for some creativity and ideas for this relatively small bathroom
I have a 27 year old house and am looking to update bathrooms.
I would like a double vanity, new bath tub with tile surround, porcelain flooring and an exhaust fan added. We are looking to have this work done in the next few months and would like to have site visits/discussions to generate quotes. Essentially the baths are original to the home and we would like to update them to modern decor.
There are 3 baths total to be done. We plan to do a full kitchen reno in the next 5-7 years so the work completed in the baths will likely lead to this future job as well. 4 jobs up for grabs in total !!
We are located west of Thickson Rd. South of Hwy.2 in Whitby
I need to renovate the ensuite bathroom in my home which is approx. 25 years old. Not only is it UGLY and getting moldy but...The plumbing seems to be an issue as well because we can never use the ensuite shower if water is being used in the children's bathroom without the water getting scalding hot and then icy cold!
approx 66 sq ft.
new tub (5 ft)
new cork or tile floor
new tub wall tile
new toilet
new vanity counter top (35" W x 23.5" D)
new window, casement fixed (with internal mini blind system) 23" x 46.5"
custom corner vanity cabinet with doors/drawers
We are looking for someone to renovate our bathroom.
We need the floor tile replaced and the wall tile that is on all the walls replaced.
We would like the current tub replaced and need a new shower fixtures.
We have also purchased a new vanity as well as a light fixture.
Currently the drain for the vanity is not in the wall and runs along the wall and I would ideally like that to be in the wall and not running behind the vanity.
And some small things like the trim around the bathroom door replaced.
All of these items have been purchased already and are just waiting to be installed. (Well we don't have things like drywall, tape, mud or mortar but the main things like the tub, tile, vanity, shower panel).
Project: Bathroom renovation for main bathroom in house built in the early 1970s. Square footage is roughly 50 sq. ft. Toilet may be the original, and is leaking at base. Tiles surrounding tub are cracked at based and need to be replaced. Floor and sink/vanity also need to be replaced. It doesn't appear that the previous owner, who lived in the house for 20 years, did any renos to the bathroom. We haven't moved in to the house yet, so an on-site quote isn't possible presently. We would like to have tile installed as the flooring, and new tile installed around the bath. We are only able to receive online estimates at this time. Thanks for your interest.
