I am looking to have our basement finished. House is approximately 2300 sq feet, home is 5 years old in north Whitby. I have a rough sketch of the basement that I will send along as requested.
I am looking for someone to provide 3D CAD drawings of some layout options for me, as well as some ideas for finishing the basement more efficiently.
Basement is `L``shaped, and as mentioned I am looking for a competitive price on completion. I will consider splitting the work amongst various contractors to get the work done (i.e. framing, electrical, drywall) so if you do not finish basements, but can accomodate drywalling or framing please feel free to contact me.
Please contact me via email.

-looking to get a new vanity as the one we have is outdated

I have a 27 year old house and am looking to update bathrooms.
I would like a double vanity, new bath tub with tile surround, porcelain flooring and an exhaust fan added. We are looking to have this work done in the next few months and would like to have site visits/discussions to generate quotes. Essentially the baths are original to the home and we would like to update them to modern decor.
There are 3 baths total to be done. We plan to do a full kitchen reno in the next 5-7 years so the work completed in the baths will likely lead to this future job as well. 4 jobs up for grabs in total !!
We are located west of Thickson Rd. South of Hwy.2 in Whitby
I need to renovate the ensuite bathroom in my home which is approx. 25 years old. new tub (5 ft)
new cork or tile floor
new tub wall tile
new vanity counter top (35" W x 23.5" D)
new window, casement fixed (with internal mini blind system) 23" x 46.5"
custom corner vanity cabinet with doors/drawers
Project: Bathroom renovation for main bathroom in house built in the early 1970s. Square footage is roughly 50 sq. ft. Toilet may be the original, and is leaking at base. It doesn't appear that the previous owner, who lived in the house for 20 years, did any renos to the bathroom. We haven't moved in to the house yet, so an on-site quote isn't possible presently. We would like to have tile installed as the flooring, and new tile installed around the bath. We are only able to receive online estimates at this time. Thanks for your interest.

- Approximate square footage is 900sq and the house is approximetely 45 years old.
- The house is still on 60 amp service, I would like to bring it upto 200amp
- I have done an energy audit on my house, and am elgiable for a refund when I do the insulation. I have spoken to a contractor that can do it, but we can work something out so its part of the job.
- I am not looking for anything fancy or upscale, just very basic rooms and finishes
- I am available anytime throughout the week/weekend to show the place
