- The house is still on 60 amp service, I would like to bring it upto 200amp
- I have done an energy audit on my house, and am elgiable for a refund when I do the insulation. I have spoken to a contractor that can do it, but we can work something out so its part of the job.

- I am available anytime throughout the week/weekend to show the place
Thank you

Hi there,
I’m looking for two projects to be completed together.
I understand there is so much to consider for quotes but without an estimate how can I know what to do?
So will try to be as specific as possible. I’m looking for serious people/companies, I need estimates and timelines right now - please don’t just spam a reply back.
Project 1:
En-suite bath - it’s about 90 sq. Current layout has separate bathtub and shower and single vanity.
I’d like, basically everything new, layout to remain same but
Zero clearance shower
Free standing soaker tub
Double sink vanity
New tiles with in floor heating.
New mirrors, paint etc. I’m not looking for super duper expensive. I want functional.
Project 2-
Add simple 3 piece bathroom in the basement. There is no bathroom in the basement currently, so no plumbing. The basement is mostly finished, except for furnace room. There is enough space in furnace room to put bathroom there.
Also, would really like to add egress window in the basement to bring in more light. Currently only have two very small windows, 1 in furnace room and 1 in another section of the basement.
I do have smaller thing I’d like but waiting for estimates to determine if I have the budget to add more to my huge Reno list.
I’m forecasting to start my projects around mid Jan 2021.
Thanks,
Elena

Good morning,
I'm looking for a quote to have my master bathroom's walk in corner shower redone. The shower is a fully tiled walk in, and the 'pan liner", behind the tiled walls, has been compromised allowing water to slowly leak onto the drywall below. I have cut open the ceiling below as well as scoped the wall that the water lines are run into. The damage looks minimal as far as i could see. The site is located in Brookiln, Ontario and we are the home owners. We are looking at a couple of possibilities for the quote...
1 - Shower remodel
2 - Shower and bathtub remodel
3 - Complete bathroom renovation
We are flexible and open to options for the three different choices. We are also interested in looking into glass wall enclosure for the corner shower.
If you could contact me as to when a good time to have a proper estimate i would appreciate it, thanks.
Nine year old 2-storey townhouse with Master Ensuite. Shower showed evidence of water seeping over years. History of water leaking to kitchen below.
Some demolition already done to reveal problem - bottom sill damaged by water and poorly installed rubber liner.
Looking for most cost effective repair.
Ideally would like to remove interior walls and install glass walls / door.
Fully tiled master shower has leaked to the living room ceiling below. Would like the shower to be re-tiled with white subway tile and mosaic floor (along with new floor and drain). Would also like the ceiling below to be patched as well to match the popcorn if possible as there is a small hole where the water came through.
Shower square feet: 120SQft. and Floor is 12SQft
I am current owner

I have a small powder room on my main floor. I’d like to bring out the wall another 5 or so inches and move the entrance from where it currently is to make a new entrance from inside the basement landing. And in turn moving the toilet to the other side and having a tiny wall mounted sink. I will purchase the toilet and sink myself and would like to have tile flooring in the washroom. (Also have my eye on flooring I like that I can purchase once the wall has been brought out. Washroom is currently approx. 16.88 sqft. Hoping to get a ballpark estimate before going forward and getting a quote.
Shower specifications:

hi there,
I'm looking to replace my current standard bathtub with a new whirlpool type tub that will occupy the same space.
I'm NOT looking for a bathroom renovation - just remove and replace tub (including all new plumbing and/or electrical work required only for tub).
Please provide me with an estimate and expected days to complete (excluding the whirlpool tub - I will purchase).
Thanks..
Hi
I am looking to change our washroom tub to stand in shower. Currently we have standard tub (60 x 30) and I would like to get that removed and replace it with Acrylic Base. There will be some tile work required to refinish the wall. Also required a threshold (4-5 inches) to contain the water. Currently we are not looking to install door but ready to review the idea.
