My sister and I are slowly (and painfully!...we blame it on age and lack of experience) trying to grout a recently tiled condo. We have work committments that means we will probably only progress out of the bedrooms this week. That leaves the living room, kitchen, hallway and laundry room. The tiles are 24 X 24 gray poreclain and approx. 350 sq. ft.
Could you let us know if you are available to help, your rates etc. (Or if you know anyone else you could recommend). We might also be looking for help with installing baseboards.
Thank you
Heather and Kim

Demolition of shower floor, threshold and lower row of tile is already complete. All old materials removed and subfloor is exposed and in good condition.
Requires new mortar bed, liner, floor tile and replace lower row of wall tile and marble threshold.
Materials already available are extra matching tiles for lower row of wall tile and all four marble pieces for threshold.
Shower is off Master bedroom in 1200 s.f. townhouse that is 10 years old.
Demolition was done due to concerns for potential water damage. Water blister appeared, popped it and discovered soft drywall under threshold, and rubber liner had multiple perforations. Confirmed there is no mould or wood rot. Now just need to return shower to working condition.
We are the home owners and have a 5 x 5 foot powder room that we would like to have tiled. There is an existing 18 x 29 inch vanity that will stay and be tiled around. The previous tile will already be removed. We are looking to have the tile laid in a diagonal type layout. We have the tile on site already. We only require the tile to be laid and grouted.
I have approx: 100 of the 13"x13" tilesin my kitchen that I need to purchase and install. The tiles will have to match my current tiles in my hallway which I can purchase at home depot or supply you with a sample.
My intention is for me to take up the existing tile, grout and mesh to save on cost.
I have carpet that I will take up as well and will need to purchase a light beige to medium beige for upstairs which is 200 sq feet and I am looking for a heavier underlay and a lighter carpet due to the fact I am selling my home and looking to save costs.
I have the down stairs which I am just looking to see if I can have someone use a heavy duty cleaner on the 12 stairs going down the basement(each stair s 32"x10") and then the hallway is approx: 28 feet long x 3 1/2 feet wide. I then have my daughters room which is approx: 20 feet long x 24 feet.
I will replace the carpet downstairs if need to but my agent says if I can get the stains out but I would need a heavy duty cleaner then I could save money on replacing the carpet.
I am basically looking to do this sometime this month if the price is something I can afford and if not, I am looking to having this started on Jan 7th as my home is either going up for sale in mid Dec or Mid Jan.
I am looking for pricing on each separate part of the above.
Thanks in advance
Hello,
We are looking for someone to assist us in laying tiles in our kitchen. The kitchen is 18 x 11ft and the tiles are porcelain 12 x 24. The kitchen will be bare (we are removing the cabintes and tiles in advance). We need someone who has experience laying this type of tile and to lay them only, we will do grout, trim etc.. We have the tiles and cement already purchased.
The date for the project is around July 25-27th. We get possesion of the house on July 23rd and dont have access before then... the house is in Whitby.
Please send me your quote and confirm you have experience with these type of tiles.
Thank you for considering,
L
