I have a dining room ceiling that has come down a bit at the outside edge. The part that is falling is about 1' x 2'. However there is another spot that was fixed by the previous owner, and it is the popcorn ceiling, so I am thinking just replace the whole thing. That way "Safe and Sound" could also be installed at the same time.
Thanks
Hello, I am looking to have a fence put up in between my 83 year old mothers house and the house next to hers, the neighbour has a large dog that startles my mother each time she is in her garden. She currently has a chain link fence which I would like kept up and a six foot wooden one installed. Apparently the dog chews thru the wooden fence on the other side. Approximately 60' with a gate on one end
Also looking to have her kitchen moved around to get more counter space and possibly reface cupboards.
Please contact me directly if interested

Hello,
I'm considering purchasing a 4-plex in Windsor Ontario. The building has had fire damage to two of the suite, and will be required to be renovated before it can be rented out again. Before deciding whether or not to purchase this building I would like to get a couple of quotes for renovation costs. Would you be involved in this type of work? If so, please email me to arrange an opportunity to look at the building so that you can put together a quote for me. I live in Vancouver, BC but I would plan to come out to Windsor after you are able to have your initial walk through, and put together a quote for me, so that we can discuss in more detail. Email is the best way to reach me but if you need I can also be reached on the phone number provided.
The address of the given property is 677 ST. LUKE, WINDSOR, Ontario
Thanks,

I need a complete kitchen renovation approx 300 square feet, new cabinets, granite, backsplash etc. Approx 24 linear feet cabinets ( shaker style dard stained maple).45 square feet of Tan Brown granite with undermount sink. floors stay, and walls stay as well as all plumbing and electrical to remain in same locations. Thanx
House approx 40-50 years. No other known renovations. Foundation of the house is solid.
Looking to ad an 8x10 addition to the kitchen. The wall being knocked out currently only has counter tops there. The wall would be knocked out and extended back 8 feet. Currently there is a deck which it would extend out onto. I'm not sure if that portion of the deck would need to come down, or if it can be used as support. The outer walls of the house are brick, but vinyl siding would probably be fine for the addition.
Second portion is a bathroom installed in the basement. The rough-in is already there. Size of the bathroom would only need to be large enough for a toilet, sink and small stand-up shower. Drywall is fine.
Sorry I can't provide more details. We are potentially buying this home and are looking for a rough estimate on what this would cost. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
