I am looking to get my basement done with a separate entrance in Woodbridge Ontario. The total suare footage for the house is close to 2000 sq footage and basement is approx 600-650 sq footage.
We would like one bedroom with a bathroom in the basement. I have also attached the pictures for your review.
I need transform a cold room (cantina) into a bedroom, therefore insulation is needed for all walls, roof and floor. Could you provide information on whom to call?
Room dimensions are: 2.245m high, 2.33m wide and 2.94m long. This is a basement room and had some rain water leaks years ago. Now is fine. Since ground is cement only, I also need floor to be installed and insulated.
I have a small WC room too cold in Winter and would like some additional insulation here as well.
