We've just purchased a house and would like to renovate the bathroom before we move in.
It's 8ft x 5ft, but we would like to move one of the walls to give a bit more space.
We'd like to replace all fixtures, lights, extractor fan and new tiles on floor and walls around tub, change shower curtain to hinged door. There is an old window we would also like to update.
We're also thinking of adding underfloor heating if allowed in our budget.
I've added some pictures of the kind of thing we would be going for.
I would like to move my washer and dryer to my basement and redo the bathroom including a built in tile shower in their place. I want new vanities, fixtures, floors and ceiling. I am willing to buy the materials myself including new bath and toilets and all other materials needed. I am looking for design and labour.
I would like to expand my bathroom by taken the bedroom next to it. The bedroom is about 11 feet by 13 feet. The bathroom itself is 5 feet by 13 feet approx. I would like this to be done in the space of three weeks only. The wall would have to be broken down and would need some plumbing rearrangements. I would like to have a contemporary oak look. The house was built in 1974 and the bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. I want a tub and a standup shower big enough to fit two people. I would appreciate an online quote also if possible.
I am looking to update my bathroom in my Condo. It does not need a full remodelling, condo was built in 2006 so it is still quite recent, but I am looking to do some touch ups.
I would like to:
-change the counter top
-possibly add a 2nd sink
-remove a large mirror that is glued to the wall and replace it with a smaller one
-change the shower doors
-possibly change the shower base
-redo the caulking around the toilet/shower/bath
I would like to know what I could expect in expenses and also how long a job like this would take.
(Also possibly looking to change the counter/sink in my kitchen).
Thanks!

Hello,
We would like to renovate a 9 by 12 ft bathroom in Brossard.
The layout, tiles and fixtures have been decided.
Phase I: removing exciting fixtures and tiles
Phase II: rebuild the bathroom
We are looking for a professional and experienced contractor to implement our design plan with precision and craftsmanship.
Hello! I am looking for someone that can for now complete a small tile job in my upstairs bathroom. Also in that bathroom we are considering changing the shower stall.
Our kitchen is still original from 1976 and looks like it. It needs a new floor, cabinets, sink, countertops. Ideally I would need financing as well. For this year, I would need the bathroom looked at with the minimum being the tile job above the bathtub. The rest could be looked at and planned as I would need to save up some money. Depending on what you suggest... If the price is right, I could use my credit line as a last resort. (The price range is for now and does not reflect the kitchen remodel and perhaps some of the repairs that it could use for this year.) Please contact me within the next few days.
Looking to completely redo my upstairs bathroom and flooring throughout the house. We only have one full bath in the house so timeliness is very important.
I included 3 before pics and 1 pic with shows the look I want. We will be changing the light fixture, tub, shower fixtures, sink, vanity and medicine cabinet. The floors and tiling will also need to be changed.
As for the rest of the house we currently have parquetry on the floor and would like to change that to a floating floor throughout. we would have to do stairs and two floors.
These are the primary projects. We also have several other potential projects (redo the mudroom, outdoor entry and landscaping) that we would also like to complete at a later date.

2) Drywall where showerstall was.
3) Tile floor to match existing floor if possible or suggest a better solution.
4) Tile area above bathtub to make area watertight for daily use.
