Hello,
I would like to get a free estimate, on the cost of having the following items done in my bathroom:
- Bathtub is partially installed, but it squeaks; I would like to have this fixed (someone said that its common for fibreglass & acrylic tubs to squeak; to solve this, a certain thickness of plaster must be put underneath to hold it into place);
- plumbing has been installed, but needs to be looked over and okayed
- the concrete board needs to be installed
- ceramic wall tile needs to be installed, and grouted, and calked
- bathtub faucet, and shower head need to be put in.
I have attached pictures of my bathroom. Please contact me after 4 pm to arrange a meeting. References necessary. Also, must be quoted by job only.
Thank you,
M.

Hi, we are looking to get some estimates for the work needing to be done in our house. We live in a 1932, 2 story (plus basement from 2002) house. The plumbing in here was done by a previous home owner and not correctly. We would like the copper piping replaced with flex pipe. We also need the plumbing installed in a powder room in our basement. The drains are already installed but would need inspecting.
We also need to redo our main bathroom on the second floor. It needs a lot of work.
What are your rates? Do you have availability this month or at least before October. I am currently pregnant and due in Nov and would need the jobs done before baby arrives.
Thanks. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Rebecca
We're updating our bathroom (house was built in 1998) and would like an estimate to have a corner 42"x42" shower installed in place of the existing corner shower, change the corner 60" drop-in tub to a drop-in jacuzzi tub and change the single vanity to a double vanity. We have all the materials and would just like a quote for the installations. Also, how much would you add to the estimate to install our ceramic floor tiles (room is 13.9'x8.3'?)
43-yr-old house, need new everything but might want to save countertop/cupboards(wooden doors need re-finishing)...I'm scared of new toilets: have yet to meet one I like...(3 teen boys!)...currently have shower doors..long thin bathroom with long counter/vanity to the right, then toilet, window straight ahead from door, floor approx. 12 feet long..width is walking-size except behind toilet- tiles on tub walls...don't know what else to say except essential to have it done during week of July 18...thanks!
I have started various renovations in the bathroom over the last few years.
I need to have the toilet removed and replaced with an energy conservation toilet (with good flushing power)
I need to have the sink and vanity removed and replaced with a larger unit of approximately 30x31.5x21
I need to have a new sink faucet installed
I need to have the plumbing under the sink replaced
I need to replace the medicine cabinet /mirror
I need to fix the tap in the bathtub
I need to have the bathroom (approximately 30 sq ft) repainted with a paint thta can withstand very high humidity
I need to find someone who can perform quality work in a short timeframe
I would like to renovate my washroom. I need a new shower, a new bathtub, a new sink/counter/mirror, new ceramic floor. I would also like my shower and bathtub moved. (the pipes would have to me moved by lifting the plywood floor.) I would also like my washer and dryer to be closed in. The size of the room is 8 feet by 12 feet. Do you offer any kind of financing and if so what are the terms. I could help taking the room apart.
The second level bathroom currently is a mess!!! There is water damage and the floor is weak. The floor "foundation" will need to be redone and I would like to expand the bathroom on to the main bedroom. So two walls will need to be moved. I currently have a small sink, toilet and a tub. My new bathroom will have a bigger counter space and I would like to add a seperate shower. I hope someone can help :)
Hello,
I just bought a house in which I would like to add a bathroom on the main floor. There is a closet at the moment that I would like to convert to a washroom with just a toilet and wash basin style sink.
Dimensions
width: 28 inches
depth: 33 inches
height: 94.5 inches
I am a prospective buyer of a home and would like to know the cost of renovating a 5x11 bathroom, which includes moving a bathtub/shower plumbing approximately 3ft. The bathroom also currently holds the washer dryer, which I would want to relocated to another room (which already has water access). The bathtub is to be moved in order to add closet place to adjacent bedroom. The project would included moving bathroom plumbing, installing new tub and/or shower, closing off wall in bathroom where bathtub was previously located, removing small partition wall separating toilet from washer/dryer area and tiling bathroom floors.
I want to completely renovate my main bathroom with new flooring, tiles, vanity and toilet, new paint colour. I would like to replace the bathtub with a shower stall, or a shower/tub combo depending on the price. But would also consider installling a new tub and new ceramic tiles all around the tub. My budget is $10,000 firm.
I want to replace my current plastic corner shower 3 feet x 3 feet, with a rectangular shower with ceramic tiles 4 feet by 5 feet. I want one security railing installed inside the shower as well as a small bench. The floor can be plastic or ceramic with one drain. I want 2 towel bars on the exterior of the shower. I want a non-see-through-window door. I want a high-pressure shower head that can be hand-held. I want slots or a tablet/counter/ledge for shampoos/razors/luffas. I would like a price quote as well as an estimate on how long the work would take. I have 2 boxes of tiles, the same as my bathroom floor that I would liked used if possible.
Hi,
We are remodeling our bathroom and so far all the walls have been taken down, the shower has been installed, the corner tub is installed, the electricity has been done and the plumbing also.
What we need is someone to install the drywall, do the floor and do tiles. A box for the bath will be needed also and the ceiling will need to be covered by placing drywall over the old existing ceiling.
We are trying to sell the house ASAP, so a prompt reply will be greatly appreciated!
We have a 1960's home in the Hull Sector of Gatineau - we have a budget of $25 - $30 k to rennovate the two rooms.
We require assistance in the development of the design to the completion of all required work
In the kitchen we wish to retain our applicances and flooring and gut everything else and replace
In the bathroom we want to gut it and replace everything except the existing toilet
Our home was built in 1910 and has an addition on the main floor built in 1999. The addition is on steel beams and is not connected to the basement. We would like to add a powder room to the addition. Simple toilet and sink combo. It would require one wall (8'x 9') to be built, the plumbing to be added as well as adding a ceiling light and outlet.
