I have a new kitchen counter and sink to install in my kitchen.
The counter measures 96” and it needs to be cut to 93”. There are no angled cuts needed. The sink will be mounted on top of the counter. The new cabinets are installed and just need a counter and sink. The counter is laminate.
I own and live at the address the project is to be done at.
Hi there,
We are looking for a very simple installation of our kitchen countertop. We have purchased it (laminate) and just require it to be installed. We have a double sink, and the slab of laminate is approx 8 feet long.
Please advise as to how much this would cost, and when it can be done. Thank you!
Hello,
We are doing a small kitchen countertop upgrade. Currently, there are white melamine counters with a small ledge extending up the wall. We are looking to have them removed and install the following IKEA products which have already been ordered and delivered:
- KARLBY oak vaneer countertop (172" total purchased)
- FYNDIG top mount sink
- LMAREN faucet
The countertop wood planks would need to be cut to fit the kitchen dimensions and sink.
We are hoping to have work done over a weekend, but are able to do weekdays with enough advance notice.
We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to provide additional details.
Thank you,
Megan and Todd
Hi,
I had a small chip on my quartz counter, glued it back and tried to sand it a little but now it’s not perfectly even and a little dull. It’s about the size of half a penny at the edge - mostly on the top.
It’s a white quartz (not pure white, slight light grey tiny specks inside) and wanted it filled in and sanded down and shiny again. I believe the finish I have is called honed (it’s not super shiny but not matte either) and maybe even snakeskin?
Needs to be slightly filled in and polished right. Please see photos attached
Can you do this?
How much would it cost?
I had a lot of people quote me at around 75$ total tax in but they haven't been all that responsive so I wanted to see who else I could talk to and trust with this job.
Thanks
-Jessica
Large pine (?) counter top needs to be treated with something so that it is waterproof, food-proof, cleaning-product proof, etc. I would also like to stain it darker at the same time. It will likely need some sealing around the sink to prevent water from accumulating below the seal. I am completely open to suggestions if you know a better way of doing this. Please contact me for photos, more details, etc.
Thanks!
