I have a 100-120 sq2 wall that needs to be covered in decorative brick, no corners but there will be a space left for a tv & fireplace. Electricity also needs to be done where they will be.
- Tile in the entrance, cut out current wood floor... 20 sq2 Max.

Hi there! I have a condo in a 1910 triplex and it needs brickwork and the balconies redone. The bricks on the front seem to be coming away from the building, and on the back we've got spalling.

I need the following brickwork done:
1) I am opening an existing window in my kitchen into a full door to the back and will need the bricks to be removed and finishing done around the doorframe
2) I am sealing an exit from my basement that goes up some exterior stairs to the driveway. I need cinderblocks to seal the exterior stairs.
3) I want to leave an interior brick wall exposed (34'x9') and the bricks need some repair and pointing.
4) The exterior bricks of the building need some pointing.
Chimney above the roof need to be repaired as some bricks are eroded. The chimney will not be used any more because oil furnace has been replaced to electric one. The job is to keep the rest bricks not fall down in the future.
The house is a semi-detached so only half of the chimney belongs to me.

There was an extension done on this unit leading into the backyard. Since, purchasing the home I am noticing cracks around the exterior of the unit. The brick exterior has eroded over the years and spot repairs are needed around the building, the front entrance ways need some minor repair work to replace rotten pieces of wood and the flashing around the roof needs to be inspected and secured or replaced as needed.
The building is an older (80+ years) construction with solid brick walls (not a veneer). The brick has eroded over the years and is in need of some work. A few of the stone window sills have cracked and are allow water to enter the building.
Wood work is needed where the stairs meet the sidewalk, the wood has become rotten over the years and needs to be replaced.
The flashing along the edge of the roof has become loose and needs to be re-attached or replaced.
Our intent is be begin this work in 2012 and we would like to start discussing this project with a contractor to lay out the requirements and funds needed.

Hi! I have a shoebox house style, and a outside wall made with bricks was recovered with aluminum sheets. I know I may need a mortar job for the bricks. Like it is the wall has at least 30 years. I want to remove the aluminum inspect the wall, and if the bricks need to be removed have then the inside wall isolated and the outside wall rebuilded with just bricks or aluminum. The job may start in october because you will have to step on my neighbour property and he does not want to have his flowers destroyed too soon.

Triplex in Rosemont, built 1940. Front and back exterior walls, to replace old brick with new. Each wall is 25' x 40', or 2,000 square feet in total (not including windows and doors). 6 windows and 3 doors on back facade, 6 windows and 4 doors on front facade. Looking for a rough estimate.
