I will soon have an framed and insulated garage studio that needs to be finsihed.
I'm looking at drywall, paint, installing tiles and putting finishes such as 2 window frames and a door frame. Windows and doors are all there just missing the finishes!
The room is 11' X 13' and will have a vaulted ceiling which is also fully insulated. After getting an electrician to install the power I would need quotes for both time and cost to finish the project. Labour only as I will order all material such as drywall, framing and tiles and such.

Contractor I used has built a custom shower half-year ago.
After few months after cracks appeared in the wall grout and silicon at the bottom of the wall started peeling off.
I'd like to know what can be done to fix this problem and ensure it doesn't reappear again soon.
Attached are pictures of problematic spots.
Unsanded grout was used.
Would need a replacement of our outdoor ceramic floor tiles. Preferable something darker shade than the current one we have (image attached). We would also like it that the tiles used would be anti-slip floor tiles as to prevent any slips during the winter season.
The area is about 56 in x 52 in.
We would also like the side tiles to be replaced to match to aesthetically match the floor tiles being used.
If possible, we would want the work done and completed before Thursday next week.
Our bathroom shower area has some grout that has cracked and broken, mostly on the floor but also a bit on the walls. We’d like to have the floor grout removed and replaced with the most durable, waterproof grout possible. We’d also like the damaged grout on the wall replaced. The important thing is that it must be an exact match with the rest of the existing grout in the bathroom, since we don’t want to redo the entire floor. We’d also like the remaining grout cleaned and resealed. We live in downtown Montreal.
Looking for someone to do a hardwood to tile transition from a lower hardwood floor to a raised (and slightly uneven) Tile floor. The transition would need to be stained to match the hardwood flooring.
Also looking to have baseboards repaired and finishing between baseboard and staircase.
solarium was added on to the house about 20 years ago. the house was built in 1932, it's a duplex. we are on the main floor. the solarium is adjacent to the kitchen. the kitchen has a linoleum floor and the solarium has carpeting. I would like to tile both the kitchen and the solarium with large no patern tiles, and I would like the solarium floor to be heated. I understand that I would need a licenced electrician to do the wiring for the heated floors.
Hi,
We're looking for a contractor to tile the backsplash of our new condo. We're looking for modern mosaic tiling (we can provide the tiles after selecting them). There are two surfaces to tile: 11'2" x 2' and approximately 10' x 2'.
I joined a floor plan and pictures where the two areas that need tiling are visible.
Hi,

Would like to have an estimate before continuing with the project because the cost needs to be approved.
It is very important that we get it done as soon as possible.
We are opened from 7am to 6pm therefore perhaps we need to figure out when it is the best time to do it.
Thank you!
