Hi, I am looking for someone to seal up my attic. I have had bats getting in to it in the past and would like to do whatever is required to seal it up. House is located in downtown Regina and is ~ 1200 sq' 2 story and currently the attic is wide open to the roof, all batting and insulation is on the floor. Are you interested in the job? When would you be available for a quote? I am interested in having this dealt with rather quickly if at all possible.
Thanks for your time.
John
Home is shifting, Front door will not close and bathroom door will not close. Need to find out why the ground around my place keeps moving.
We own this home and property. I have had 3 different contractors with 3 different solutions with only a temporary solution.
Looking for quote first
Thank you

We are looking for installalation of SIPS roof panels for our new 2-storey home - house 3261 sq ft walk-out along with the roof ridge beams associated with the panels, the pre-framed interior walls for the 2nd level and completing the walls to the cathedral roof, installation of 177 sq ft of floor joists & subfloor for loft area over the master bedroom, roof eaves/extensions, and installation of all exterior windows and doors.
We want someone who can think ahead to the next step and has problem solving skills. We anticipate this taking about 10 days of work for the motivated individuals.
My house was built in 1975. The bathroom is about 8 feet by 5 feet, I have already purchased and rec'd the linoleum I wanted from Carpet One. I just need it laid. There is a hole for the toilet to be cut only as the vanity will go on top of the linoleum.
I would love December 21 as the date or any time before Christmas but if too short notice, can be done after the holiday.
Please advise if you are interested.
1. Dry wall at back entry needs repair as the back door handle punched a hole in the wall. Paint back entry after repairs.
2. Remount short bannister to be secure, not just into drywall.
3. Hang and wire fluorescent light fixture (on hand) from basement rafters in laundry room.
4. Repair or rehang bi-fold door.
5. Hang exterior solar light on side of garage.
6. Repair back gates to open/close properly - one is too tight, the other won't latch.
7. Sand, patch (where necessary), and paint minor cracks in walls (approx. 12) - we own Dry Dek and paint.
The actual size on blueprints: the main floor is 1149 sq. ft. and the 2nd floor is 690 sq. ft. making the total 1839 sq. ft.
The lot is located on the Last Mountain Lake Clearview, 80 km from Regina, on the opposite side from Regina Beach. Lot has a slope, so foundation may be walkout or regular basement. I need the estimate for the rest of the work.
