My wife and I own a condo that was planned to have two bathrooms. The original owner decided to have only one bathroom installed and where the 2nd bathroom was supposed to be is now a large laundry room. We would like to install bathroom fixtures, i.e. a bathtub or a shower, a vanity and a toilet, in the laundry and turn it into a bathroom-and-laundry. FYI, our condo unit is at the highest floor.
Thank you.
I live in a 10 year old town house, and the bathtub was leaking from the top floor. It was leaking enough that it leaked into the bathroom below. It has a tiled floorin the bathroom, and the sub floor was swollen enough from the leak that it caused 2 of the tiles beside the tub to crake. Whatever damage that the water caused to the sub floor would have to be fixed. The tub is now fixed, but need to have the floor repaired.
Small main bathroom on 2nd floor of 85 year-old character home. We would like to create more space by knocking part of a wall down into an unused closet. Proper ventilation is also needed, as currently there is no fan and thus moisture build up. We would like to create a relaxation tub/shower area in our limited space and update the look with new toilet, sink and tub
Complete Bathroom remodel, remove shower and add in new tiled, glass shower, with plumbing needing to be moved. Remove tile on floor and tub frame. Install in floor heating and new tile. (Tile already purchased) Install new countertops and undermount sinks (dual vanity) Remove vanity mirror and install new mirrors (already purchased) Paint unnecessary as we can do ourselves as each stage is ready.
3/4 Ensuite renovation of a 1979 constructed bilevel: new drywall, additional layer of subfloor, retro plumbing for replacement shower, replace shower (shower base and 2 glass walls/door), surround shower on 2 walls with tile or other), replace toilet, connect new vanity. Demo is mostly done. Room size approximately 4'6"x7'8".
Floor covering (click bathroom tiles), painting and electrical fixtures optional.
Products are purchased. We are living in the home and work full-time.
Our basement bathroom was torn out and redone in 2007. The work was of very poor quality and we now have to renovate again.
We have:
1) rusted shower, screws missing that were not put in by contractor
2) leaks in wall adjoining toilet and shower (black mould on baseboard)
3) leak on wall abutting shower (black mould on baseboard)
4) leak from upstairs (now fixed) that stained some dropped ceiling tiles.
The toilet and sink are fine. I am interested in the option of a custom shower to increase the footprint of the shower which is (by necessity) limited to a very small space. Tile and a rolling door might be possible (budget).
Photos attached.
I live on an acreage just 10 Mins down valley road. I have a large bathroom renovation that is incomplete by a previous contractor and am looking for a new contractor to finish the work. The main bathroom is 75% complete but needs repairs and finishing, and the basement bathroom Reno has not yet begun. I am looking for a company willing to visit the location and provide me a quote for this by January 5th? Please contact me as soon as possible.
Thank you
Our home was built in the mid 70's. Our master bedroom is continuous with the ensuite sink, and the bath tub and toilet is enclosed by a sliding door and is a very small space.
I would like to have the two spaces re-designed to include a completely separate ensuite. As the entire space is carpeted (including the area with toilet and bath), the flooring would have to be redone as well.
This project is in an owner occupied hi-rise condominium
1. En-suite - shower change shower door on a very small 31"(?) shower from three panel sliding doors to glass pivot door.
2. Main bath - remove acrylic Boeing bath tub (picture attached) and install shower. Counter top, as shown in picture, has already been replaced and "banjo" top over toilet removed. There is only 5" clearance between tub and toilet.
Will likely require custom shower base and installation. Present drain is "off-set"..
Floors are ceramic tile over concrete. some walls are structural concrete.
We are moving into a house with no bathtub on July 6th/12. The bathroom is 1955 style. We just want a tub to fit in as we are not doing the downstairs in the near future. The upstairs is modern and this fall we have plans to add 5 pc.master ensuite to our bedroom.
Please send a quote for the bathtub installation and supplies. I was thinking a free standing tub would be best. The space for tub is 6 1/2 ft L X over 3 1/2ft W. The hall going down stairs is extra wide. The door frame into the bathroom is the standard size. I am not that fussy about the tub. Please let me know what size and style you think would work and all costs.
This is an 18 unit appartment.
I need to renovate virtually everything:
kitchen, bathroom, walls, plumbing and electrical, and floors/ceilings.
I need people that know what they are doing and that can do it right.
The house was built in mid 80's. There have been no previous renovations. Please contact me as soon as possible to give me your quotes and dates.
Thank you!
I have a bathroom from a 1964 house that need the surround replaced. The big wall has a window. I pulled off the tile from the big wall above the tub and found the gyproc was molded and rotten. So I would like a price on replacing the gyproc and putting up a tub surround and new taps. Thanks. This is standard size tub. I don't want an expensive tub surround or taps.
