Good Day,
I am looking to have two of my bathrooms renovated completely. They are each roughly 5x7 ft and will need new tile floors, paint, fixtures, vanities etc. They each still have all the original materials from when the condominium building was built in 1988. The only things that do not need to be replaced in the bathrooms are the toilets, which were replaced last year.
The first bathroom currently has a shower/bath and a large one-sink vanity (the vanity has the lighting and heater built in). I would like to keep a shower/tub combo in there, replace the vanity with something smaller and have a small electric heater attached for the wall with a normal light coming from the middle of the ceiling rather than the vanity.
The second bathroom also needs to be taken down to the studs. I am looking to replace the shower/tub combo with a stand up shower. Also, I am interested in replacing the large vanity with a pedestal sink. Also, the air exchanger in this bathroom needs to be replaced, it is very loud.
I am looking to get all of this started immediately and finished as quick as possible. A quote would be very appreciated! I have flexible work hours, therefore am available anytime to meet someone to make an estimate.
Thank you!
Gillian
I have a fairly small 3 piece bathroom that I would like have gutted and rebuilt. The vanity and toilet can be reinstalled but a new tub is a must. Sub floor may have to be replaced and stucco ceiling has to be replaced. Gyproc should be totally removed and new installed. There is a window in the tub wall and I'm open to options regarding tub enclosures/tiles.
Hi
I'm trying to get an idea of the cost to partially renovate my ensuite bathroom. There's a corner shower stall and bathroom vanity (plus all faucet hardware) that i'd like to replace. I'd like to source the new pieces, but am curious how much labour costs would be to install. Thank-you!
Steph
