Our first experience with Johnny and his team was painting, but I can safely say that he will be called on for every contractor need we have in the future. Sorry past contractors !!! We are so happy with all the work Johnny and his team finished in our home. They renovated our main floor and upstairs hallway , removing old cabinets and ceramic tiles, removing a wall. Beautifully installed new ceramics, installed wainscoting and trim work, painted including a couple of professional paint finishes, etc.Their professionalism, their attention to detail and them wanting their customers satisfaction, makes us not hesitate to refer them and hire them again.

Hired Painting Etc. to paint the complete upper level of my home. Johnny and his team did an excellent job. In and out and no mess left behind. I didn't even know they were in the house. The final bill was exactly as the original quote.

Johnny is very professional and completed the job on time and on budget. I was in a rush to get my condo painted and sold and he was able to paint the whole appartment in one day. Not only that, he also repaired two baseboards and hung a door and I was spared from having to call in another handyman to complete those services.

We also install laminate or hardwood floors. Depending on what you choose, different preparation is applied on the floor. We screw down the plywood in order to eliminate/cut down screeching noises, cut door jams to snug floor plank under it and we clean up after our self everyday.
Drywall and Taping it's what makes the walls look good, and we are very good at dry-walling and taping. Every sheet of drywall is taped seamless, with little sanding we also minimize the amount of dust in the area we are working.
Exterior painting and staining it's also a specialty of ours. Power washing decks and fences prior staining is crucial. Also, for re-paints we always approach the job the way that's required.

Insulating walls or ceilings for energy savings or sound and noise reduction, it's mostly done in basements. Also a vapor barrier is installed if required, above ground exterior walls; for below grade we use house wrap between concrete and frame, that will eliminate moister from coming thru.
