All I wanted was an honest job like I had previously from other operators - thought I'd give these guys a try. Big mistake. They'll spend more time telling you what they shook you down for than giving you honest service. There are far better choices. They were easily double than anywhere else. Stay clear!
Payless Disposal has kept full records of this customers' job from start to finish. Everything was completed according to the customers request from start to finish. All monies being charged were disclosed at time of order being taken. The Customer loaded concrete blocks in garbage container making his load very heavy and more expensive. The rest of the garbage loaded was of the construction renovation type. Payless Disposal is a family and community orientated company and has been built on customer trust and integrity supplying front-load bins and rolloff dumpsters to calgarians for over 13 years. Every measure has been taken to help this customer understand the costs involved with his load and the agreement he made with our company prior to work commencing.

I had found Payless Disposal on kijiji (403-397-5865, 403-680-2467) and decided to hire them for bin rental service for a bathroom and other home project renovation. I had contacted them 2 weeks prior to arrange for a delivery, but on the day of they have completely forgotten. It was a poor first impression and a lack of organization. Due to the time constraint, I ended up tolerate their delinquency. Their business structure was unconventional as I have asked for a copy of invoice when the Owner requested payment upfront. Their response was they won't release one until the job is over. Another red flag! Payless Disposal's advertisement had stated a monthly rental rate ($150) plus dump fee. Prior to 30 days term due, I had contacted one of the Owners for pick up to avoid any additional rental fee. I had left 2 voicemails and a text message notification and I didn't get a response back. Without any warning, the Owner decided to show up. Not only I wasn't at the site I also had a vehicle blocked the bin. I had to drop what I was doing to facilitate their retrieval, anther poor sign of communication. As previously agree an invoice will be forwarded when the job is completed. I had requested numerous of times and response is always excuses. I see it on my credit card statement they had processed the dump fee, and the amount charged is questionable. If you are looking for competent, reliability, and transparency on bin service, I would reconsider this company. My experience with them was poor and very low confidence with their business practice.
This customer is mistaken that our company forgot. All jobs are digitally alarmed and therefore not forgotton.
A business does not provide an invoice prior to work being completed.
A deposit is taken upfront as per indusrty standard.
Customers are always informed not to block off bins when they have ordered removal.
All information dealing with this job or any other job is attainableat any time.
This customer did get his invoice.
Therefore, we regret this customer was thing he ordered a microwave dinner when he actually ordered waste bin service.
