Scott and his team are to be commended on a job well done. SMPS Incorporated completed my bath and kitchen reno within appropriate time frames and met the projected budget. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. Communication with the team was open and Scott's big personality allowed for fun in the process. The team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend SMPS Incorporated to anyone looking to hire a contractor.

We hired SMPS to replace drywall on the foyer and hallway ceiling of our house. A leak from the upstairs bathroom had caused massive water stains and although it was only 3 sheets of drywall, it was something that I didn't feel comfortable doing myself. I was afraid that I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get a professional to help me because it was such a small job. Scott from SMPS was fantastic. I knew my job was small but he made me feel like I was his #1 priority. The work was done quickly and within the quote that I was given (which I thought to be a fair quote). I would definitely recommend SMPS to anyone looking for any size of job.

Scott McPherson and his crew from SMPS Inc. were simply fantastic. Of the 15+ contractors I spoke to, SMPS Inc. offered the best prices by a significant margin. Scott was a great guy and I really enjoyed chatting with him over the course of the renovation project. He kept me up-to-date and what work was being done when. With his impressive breadth of expertise, Scott and his crew can literally do any type of renovation. It was wonderful being able to hire a single contracting company to take care of floors, plumbing, mould removal and dry wall repair. My bathrooms both look spectacular now and I receive compliments on them from everyone who sees them. I'll definitely be getting more work done by SMPS Inc. in the near future.
