I have currently a sidewalk on the side of my house which is 24 inches in width, and laid using 24" by 30 " concrete sidewalk blocks. By rotating the sidewalk block and adding an addition block, I want to make the side walk 60" wide. To do this my estimate is that it will need an additional 60 concrete blocks plus some leveling gravel and sand
I am looking for a contractor who can do this for me. My budget for this project is $1200 to $1600 .
Break, remove, and repour concrete tank slab, aprons, and islands
Approx 5 days to break and remove concrete
General to repipe with new electrical -approx 10 days
Concrete contractor to return, form and repour tank pad- islands and aprons
Any interested contractor will be able to see site and scope
I am looking to replace my existing laminate, carpet and vinyl flooring in my apartment. The building is wood structure and my unit is 504 sq feet, located at the back of the building on the main floor (1/2 floor up) - access to parking lot in back is easy to reach balcony.
I am looking for quotes on a concrete overlay with a protective seal overtop. I am wanting to remove all existing flooring myself, as well as anything on the ground (appliances, cabinets, etc). I would also like to do the prep work myself to reduce costs. I am interested in quotes in which the concrete will be poured and sealed, and additional estimates given if there is any other prep work needed that should be done by a professional.
The project size is based on 28' x 42' for the development of a residential home built from ISBU containers.
The project is currently with the city for approvals.
There will also be a garage pad required at 24' x' 22', no in-floor heating again using ISBU containers so no knee wall required.
Thanks in advance
Steve
Looking to get a walkout concrete patio formed and poured. Not quite sure yet on the finish, but leaning towards stamped most likely.
The area is rough ~290 sq feet.
One end of the patio will butt up against a retaining wall that is already in place.
Attached a blueprint, highlighting the outline of the existing back wall from house plans.
The attached picture shows the back of the house, and where I cut back the retaining wall a bit.
Cheers,
Tim
