I have a granite countertop from a previous kitchen which I need cut down to size for the next, much smaller kitchen. There are 2 cuts required: both straight cuts: 1 along the backside of an island with sink (to make a simple counter with sink instead) and 1 cut on the edge of the countertop to butt-up against a wall.
Thank you,
Margaret
Supply and install laminate kitchen counter top in my home.
The counter top is 13' 4 1/2" long with 42" L. The measurements provided are within an 1/8 of an inch.
I want a beveled edge front and butt joint at sink, no 45 at corner. the base material is to be 5/8 " and the laminate choice is 3422-RD Crema Mascarello by Formica Group. This job needs to be completed within a max 2 week period.
Thank you for your interest
Kitchen countertop 1x1 ft area beside the sink is starting to bubble up. Looks like the kitchen faucet is leaking which is causing a bubble to form underneatch the countertop as well the cabinet below the sink is showing water leaks. The house is approx 6 years old. Looking to either replace the countertop and kitchen faucet or repairing the bubble and keeping the countertop as it is still in good condition.
Hello,
I have purchased 4 x prefab pieces of Uba Tuba 3 cm eased edge granite, and I am looking for an installer. The first piece is set to go onto an island and needs no cutting (36"x78" Finished 4 Edges). The second piece requires a sink cutout and 10" cut off (26"x78" Finished 3 Edges). The third piece needs 15" cut off (26"x78" Finished 3 Edges). The last piece needs to be cut in half to finish off the kitchen; 1 piece 38", and the last 40" (26"x78" Finished 4 Edges).
My questions for you are:
Do we need a plywood countertop first on the cabinets?
Are you able to be our installer, if so approx what would the install cost?
Will our 67" x 24" island need any support (Plywood or otherwise) for the extra 10" of overhang we plan to use as a breakfast bar? (on two sides)
The old countertops have been removed.
I have the product. The laminate countertop already. I just need a service person to install. Long story short when I call other business they say we don’t install laminate countertops. The job is pretty straightforward for a pro. The kitchen is a gallery sized room but with weird angles cuts on the sink side. It’s like a 45” or so cut. Then needing another cut for the kitchen sink hole.
We are looking for new counter tops in an L shape with shelves for storage of overstock.
Approximately 20-25 feet long with half the counter tops back height being anywhere from 50-52 inches high. The rest of the counter top will be 42 inches in height. preferred materials used wood with a laminate finish.
Hi there,
We are renovating a condo in SW Calgary - Kelvin Grove. We are in the final stages of the renos and our countertop/faucet guy is taking longer than planned...so we need someone asap - in the nest week would be great!!! We need new countertops in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry area (really small piece for laundry). We have already bought new sinks and new facets. We need someone who can change our shower/bath faucets as well.
Please contact me as soon as possible. Thanks SO much!
House was built in 1981 with tile counter top.
Need to replace counter top, preferably with granite or similar. Some subsurface rotting around the sink. Counter is in 3 sections, total area is about 42 sq ft.
Back-splash has same tiles as counter top and would need to be replaced with something as well.
Wood finish cabinets are still okay and do not need replacing.
First step is to have in-home consultation and get estimate of what should be done.
Thanks,
Glen
