Have a double car detached garage to re side, it is a project ready to go , also have all siding / soffit / Jerome ect on location. Garage would need to be stripped of old siding and the new aluminum siding installed. You can keep the old siding for recycle as a bonus. I estimate 200 to 300 in old siding when recycled.
Just bought a new home (new to us), and we are looking for a quote on two things.
(1) Cost to replace / repair existing siding on two sides of the house. And touch up stucco on other two sides plus garage.
(2) Cost to replace the two sides of house with new siding, and add siding to the other two sides currently stucco.
Looking for quotes on replacing the soffit and gutter on my house as well as just the gutter on the garage. Not sure what one has to do to get a decent quote on here. I had one quote from a company and when I asked some questions regarding down payment, cost and wanting a breakdown of the charges, never heard back from them. Talked to another company who said they'd get me a quote as well. Was asked for my address, gave address. Never heard back as to when they could come out. Was finally given a quote on the gutter but not the soffit. Have yet to hear back from them and it's been two weeks. I'm losing my faith in contractors.
I need to have a strip of siding approximately 5-6 feet across reattached and eavestrough reattached on a mobile home. I also require replacement of a piece of skirting at the front or the home approximately 2 feet across. I would like to have this done as inexpensively as possible as it is an older home (built 1987) and it's resale value is low.
A strip if white vinyl siding has fallen off the fron of the house - it was apparently cut too short when installed. I cannot get hold of the original installer. I knw it's a small job but it's really important. The siding is off and you can see the silver backing underneath. The strip is about 11 feet long. I need a new strip and have it installed please.
I would like to get a quote for siding and eavestrough replacement on a 74 ft mobile home.
The eavestrough fell off along one side of the house and the strong winds caused the siding to come away from the house on the same side. Given the overall condition of the home, it is likely that the whole house will require new siding.
It is currently empty and will soon be listed for sale.
Have a good day

There are 2 of the same buildings on site in Beaumont starting in April, and another in Red Deer this Summer.
I would like to have my home sided with vinyl siding. Would need two quotes. One with removal of existing siding, and another without removal of existing siding (we are contemplating on removing it in order to save cost). House is 62 yrs old. Square footage of the siding needed is approx. 1200 sqft.
I am looking to get a quote of what it would cost to have the siding on my gable ends and chimney chases completed. The job got started by another contractor and never completed. It is outside Edmonton / St. Albert by about 15 minutes or 15 kms roughly. I have the material already. It's Royal building shake.
Hi..... I am sooo thankful that I have found this website. This appears to be a very old home (built in 1910) with wood siding mounted sometime in the 1970's, and the home is 2 stories high. The siding is wooden and is partially (one side) off the building, but the siding we have purchased covers up to 2700 sq. ft. I understand that contractors prefer to get their own materials (but in all seriousness we bought the siding as well as the tools to put it up)... oh well... live & learn. So I'm interested in looking into hiring a contractor as my husband works very long hours. Any information you can give us (ie: estimates) would be greatly appreciated.
We have a 19-year-old house in southeast Edmonton. Our deck was just redesigned and some damaged siding needs to be replaced (see attached pictures).
Our house records indicate that the siding colour is "Linen" (an off-white) and the manufacturer is "Double 4.5 Designer."
I believe this link illustrates this type of siding: click here contact us by email to suggest dates and times that you can come by to provide us a written quote.
My electrical mast was replaced and the siding was cut out around where it was attached to the back of the house. I have an approximate 6 inch gap in the siding. I need to have the siding replaced from fascia to basement across this gap. Original siding I am told is 8 years old and discontinued. Yellow in colour.
A piece of siding (about three feet long) near our children's window has been lifted by the wind and needs to be put back into place. A tiny job, but we don't have the equipment to reach that high, or the know-how to put it back in place.
So, unfortunately someone forgot that vinyl melts when exposed to heat, so now I need to replace a bit of siding on my house (See attached picture). Looking for an estimate of how much it would be to fix in Edmonton, Canada.
There are only two double 4 1/2" pieces (Length = about 4 feet) that need replacing along with the corner piece. all the rest of the siding on the exterior wall is unharmed. The wall itself measures about 9X4 feet.
Also - the siding is sourced from Royal and the colour is Harvard Slate - would need to match the replaced siding with the existing (which was only installed less than a year ago.
We own an older home in a nice Edmonton neighbourhood - it needs windows, front door and siding. It will also need to be strapped and insulated. We have just built a new garage in the back and want the house to have a fresh look. We are not into big changes - just freshening up and improving heating etc. We want to put inserts into the existing frames and cap the windows on the outside. Are you interested in our job? Please contact me.
