We have a basement bathroom and laundry room next to each other. Want to combine both. The cement floor needs to be jack hammered to redirect the drain pipes because we want to change the total configuration. It would require framing, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, drywalling, flooring etc.
Remove older metal bathtub and tub surround, remove and upgrade gyproc, upgrade plumbing, install new 2 pce tub/shower unit.
This is one side of a side by side duplex. We would like to do the same work in the 2nd unit in 2020. Estimates required for single and both units. Please email estimates.
I want a "one or two-piece" molded acrylic tub and shower installed with three grab bars installed in the shower. They should be firmly affixed to wooden studs. Personal "hand-held" personal extension shower to also be installed in addition to a permanent shower head. I want a new sink and faucets installed. Oil paint all walls and ceilings. Cabinets are okay and new toilet was installed a couple of months ago. New flooring required. Bathroom measures 100 inches by 60 inches. It has a window in it. The window also needs to be eliminated. Check for water damage in studs after old tub removed. House is approximately 50 years old and built of fir. I have lived in it for 20 years and I have done no renovations. This is a very serious request. Cash to contractor. The project must be completed.
Hi There,
Just looking at getting our bathroom tiled, we have the tile already.. it also needs to be painted completely and the old mirror which is attached to the wall and drywall removed and replace... This is a older home and has some upgrades but bathroom is in need of update. This is a rental we do not live in the house... the bathroom is approximately 10ft x 4ft ( I think) can you give me a rough quote... I know this is difficult without seeing it first...
Thank you
Cllaire

We have a 35 year old fibreglass shower stall, measuring on the inside approx. 30"x30". Doorway measures 27". The shower is in the upstairs ensuite.
The shower edge is finished with tile. Plumbing would need to be brought up to present day standard.
Right now we are getting restoration work done as we had a leak from upstairs to the room below. The shower's drain plumbing is exposed and we expect the ceiling to be replaced fairly soon.
Preferred materials would be fibreglass again, or perhaps a shower pan with tile on the walls.
We own this home.
Need to pull out existing bathroom. Currently has two sinks, two toilets, with a conjoined bathtub. Potentially move one wall and closet and remove a door to bedroom. Need all new fixtures and would like stone tile floor and matching stand up glass shower. Tub could either be freestanding or built up around with same floor tiling. Open to suggestions based on price and quality.
