| Warranty | ABD Iron World warrants to the original purchaser that its metal fences ("Product") are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid only when the Product is installed in accordance with ABD Iron World's installation guidelines and maintained properly. The warranty period is valid for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Terms of Warranty: Corrosion Protection: The Product is guaranteed against corrosion for ten (10) years. This covers rust that impairs the structural integrity and functionality of the fence. Paint Finish: The Product is covered against peeling, flaking, or significant fading of the factory-applied finish for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Workmanship: The installation performed by ABD Iron World’s authorized installers is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation against defects in workmanship. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Damage due to misuse, abuse, impact, or accidents. Damage from environmental conditions, including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and other acts of nature. Issues resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs. Normal wear and tear or weathering. Labour costs for the removal or reinstallation of the Product. Damage due to improper maintenance or failure to adhere to ABD Iron World’s maintenance guidelines. Claims Process: To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must: Notify ABD Iron World within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. Provide proof of purchase and, if necessary, photographs of the defect. Allow ABD Iron World or its agent to inspect the Product, if required. Upon verification of the claim, ABD Iron World reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective Product, or refund the original purchase price at its discretion.
