One thing homeowners over look alot is the chimney on there house, I rebuild full chimneys and restore chimneys, wether its a small repair to rebuilding the chimney. Veneer on houses also inspect and repair brick.
Very thorough cleaning and inspection of liners from top to bottom, clean and maintain all types and sizes of clay liners and stainless steel liners of all sizes.
Old chimneys gone to far to costly to fix will remove old chimney, can remove old decks and rebuild new decks, remove old broken up walkways, driveways, old mini baby barns be dismantled and removed.
