| Warranty | What is Covered? This warranty covers defects or failures in materials and workmanship of the work we’ve done in your project. Please see the associated contract (project #) for details of work performed. What is Not Covered? General wear & tear such as (but not limited to) fading caused by sunlight and weather. Traffic areas such as (but not limited to) floor areas, decks & handrails. Paint on galvanized metal or metal rusting. Cracking caused by structural/foundational shifting. Any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the work performed. How Long this Coverage Lasts? This warranty lasts for three (3) years from the date signed below. How to Obtain Services To obtain the benefits of this warranty, please call us as soon as you notice a defect or failure and we will send an agent for inspection at a time of your convenience. What We Will Do? If it is determined that the warranty covers the issues discovered, we promise to either repair the area or completely redo the work with the same materials and specifications stipulated in the original contract, at a time of mutual convenience, and fully free of charge. |
