| Warranty | 1. Duration: Crisay Services Inc warrants its workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of project completion. 2. Coverage: This warranty covers any defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials used during the construction process. 3. Repairs: In the event of any covered defect, Crisay Services Inc will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or rectify the issue in a timely manner. 4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, negligence, or intentional misuse by the property owner or third parties. 5. Notification: The property owner must provide written notice to Crisay Services Inc within 30 days of discovering the defect, providing detailed information about the issue. 6. Warranty Service: Crisay Services Inc will schedule an inspection within 10 business days of receiving notification and take appropriate action to rectify the defect promptly. 7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original property owner who contracted Crisay Services Inc. 8. No Consequential Damages: Crisay Services Inc is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from defects covered under this warranty. 9. Maintenance Requirements: The property owner is responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of the construction project as recommended by Crisay Services Inc. Failure to follow these guidelines may invalidate the warranty. 10. Warranty Claim Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the warranty claim, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, according to applicable laws and regulations. |
