Eby Donaldson Project Management Limited is an engineering company specialising in Project Management since 1991 completing projects in Industrial, Commercial and Residential settings.

Industrial projects have been completed in the high volume automotive parts manufacturing sector across the United States as well as in Ontario, South America and England. Projects have also been completed in the grain industry in Vancouver, Calgary, Thunder Bay and Montreal. These projects have ranged from machinery installations or upgrades to green field sites with complete manufacturing facilities. Projects have ranged from $40,000 to $40,000,000 in value and duration has ranged from weeks to multi-year timelines. In all cases primary criteria for success have been creation and adherence to scope, budget and schedule.

Commercial projects have been completed in Institutional settings for the University of Guelph and various pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. These have been the supply and installation of proprietary high technology temperature controlled rooms for scientific test purposes. Project values have been up to $200,000.

Commercial Retail projects have been included retail construction for franchise start-ups, including overall project management, selection and supervision of trades and quality assurance. Timelines are very critical in Retail construction and budget adherence is key to project success.
