We are committed to ensuring our clients' satisfaction not only during the construction process but also long after completion. Here are the warranties we offer to our clients: 1. Workmanship Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty on all labor and workmanship. This warranty covers any issues arising from improper installation or construction faults. Should any problems be detected that are directly related to our workmanship within one year from the completion date, we will rectify these issues at no additional cost to the client. 2. Materials Warranty: All materials supplied by Farwes Homes Ltd. are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which vary depending on the product. We will provide all necessary documentation and support to our clients for any claims related to defective materials that are under warranty. 3. Structural Warranty: For added peace of mind, we offer a structural warranty covering major structural defects for a period of 5 years from the completion date.
