| Warranty | If one of my clients has a quoted price for work of an amount of $2,500 or more for stonework then I can guarantee that most damage due to cutting and unforeseen cracking that may occur will be covered. To a certain degree all of my work is subject to warranty. If something is different from originally agreed upon and doesn’t meet a high degree of quality then I can certainly replace or repair whatever needs to be addressed. Softscaping is harder to give a warranty for and will only be given after a conversation between me and a client concerning the level of care needed to be put in to keep plants alive. Warranty does not include damage from overuse, neglect or something that wasn’t how the client wanted it to be, if already agreed upon. |
