Terms and conditions shall form part of the contract between parties upon the customers signed acceptance of this quote. c) Any ground settlement resulting in additional materials & labour are the responsibility of the customer. These items will be charged accordingly based on labour, materials and equipment. d)A small load concrete charge of $250.00 will be applicable for any load of concrete less than 5m3. PAYMENT: This proposal is condition upon & subject to credit approval. Approved account customers kindly pay all invoices within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Non-account customers are required to provide payment via bank draft/certified check prior to mobilization. All credit card payments are subject to a 4% (prior to the addition of GST) processing fee. TERMS and CONDITIONS: 1) Omega 2000 Cribbing Inc. will not accept a "paid when paid" clause or any similar payment limitation condition. 2) This proposal may be withdrawn by Omega 2000 Cribbing Inc or amended by the Client at any time prior to customers signed acceptance. 3) Scopes of work, details and products not specified within this estimate are deemed excluded. Should any discrepancies arise with regards to drawings or interpretation of drawings or measurements, on site measurements will govern amounts invoiced. 4) Omega 2000 Cribbing Inc holds Workers Compensation Insurance covering its employees and shall provide adequate Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance protecting itself. 5) Omega 2000 Cribbing Inc will not be responsible for any deficiencies or failures whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from drainage or any trenches or subgrade preparation or compaction which results in failures or settlements. 7) The maintenance period shall be maximum of one (1) year or in line with Alberta New Homes Warranty.
