I never write reviews, just want to warn everyone, make sure you check your invoice! We were overcharged $600 and change. He charged us for 3 days work, was only there for 2! We will never recommend him to anyone. Said we would receive some money back, haven’t received anything. VERY UNHAPPY!

We have issues with the work Peter did for us last year. We did contact him (he only answered us the first time). He denied that he did anything wrong. He then would not return our calls. We ended up going to his residence. We spoke to him briefly, he reassured us that he would be stopping by our home the next day with a $500.00 cheque for us. We have a video on our phone confirming this. Well, it has now been over a year and we are still waiting! We will Never recommend this company to anyone! We just want to warn everyone to Be Careful who you hire to do work for you!

Point 1.
Initially we quoted the work, with $160.35 in paint, $1055 for Labour. The labour is specified as 2 days, however we never show partial days or hourly rates, as a job can take longer or shorter after it is started. By starting the work based on this quote, you accepted that it would be done for this cost, and take NO LONGER than 2 days. In fact out time allotted to do this job was spot on as quoted. If we would have spent 2 days on the job, the labour would be $1405. At the end of the first day, almost all of the job was complete, only to complete Living and dining room. There was minimal left to do the job was essentially almost complete.
Point 2
We quoted for 1 gallon of finish paint, however in actual we used 3 gallons. I did not charge you for the other 2. This savings to you amounts to $119.40.
Point 3
You the customer, requested a repaint , as the first colour chosen was not what you had expected. ON A ROLL PAINTING went to the paint store to pickup more paint, a second colour choice. We proceeded in the morning of the second day to complete and section of walls with the new paint colour and to get buy in to complete. We were told that this second colour is good to go . Please complete the rest. All of the walls were completed again with the new colour. Only the husband (Paul ) being home, said verbally that we did an excellent job, and was very happy. He got out his chequebook and wrote a cheque for the Initial AS QUOTED work, plus the cost of the repaint. Happy customer.
The repaint charge, was for 2 gallons of paint $119.40 , and less than 1 days labour $677.50 We, ON A ROLL PAINTING feel that this cost to repaint was fair and well within the rate of what was quoted on the FIRST quote. We left the job feeling that you were both happy customers.
It appears to me that you are both happy with the quality of the work provided. The problem you seem to have is with the cost of the repaint. When you are asking for $600 or $500 back from ON A ROLL PAINTING, it appears you are wanting to have the cost of the labour repaint given back to you. You want this work to have been done for free. Is that the case ?
Can you understand our (ON A ROLL PAINTING) position, based on further explanation of the 3 points above ?
Can we come to an agreement or resolution ?
Sadly we saw the unfavourable review thru TRUSTED PROS, and were disappointed. All of our customers are happy ones. We have never had to deal with a negative situation as yours. Can this review that was sent to TRUSTED pros be revoked. We would prefer that.

We would really like to thank Peter for the quality painting he did on the interior of our home: living room, hallway, office, rec room and bedroom. The work was done in the time frame quoted and the cost for this project was really reasonable. Not only a professional painter but a very down to earth guy, as well as his employee. I would also like to express our thanks as we have recently had a flood in our basement, shortly after the painting was completed, and Peter made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend On A Roll Painting for all your painting needs. Thank You Again Peter.

Peter and Richard were on time, worked tirelessly and completed our house painting beautifully. We are very pleased with the finished project. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were really pleased with the painting Peter did on the exterior of our house. He power washed the stucco first, ensuring that the stucco wasn't damaged, and then did a great job with the two coats of paint on the house. He and the fellow helping him did a thorough job and left everything clean afterwards. We had a few quotes and were please with the price and how knowledgeable Peter was.

Our family had used Peter's company (On a Roll) several years ago in our previous home and we were extremely impressed with the workmanship and all round professionalism demonstrated by the business at that time.
So when we moved to our new home this past summer there was no doubt that On a Roll would be doing all of the painting in our new home.
Once again On a Roll provided a detailed and extremely accurate estimate of the price for supplies and labour and completed an absolutely beautiful and spotless painting job.

Peter and Richard where wonderful to work with. Very punctual, professional and great work! They were very accommodating when we added extra jobs to what we had originally planned. I would definitely hire them again and plan on doing just that in the near future!!

We were very pleased with the finished results. Work done in a timely, efficient and clean manner. Very happy to report the deck finish held up very well after all the rain we had.
