| Warranty | OVC Flooring Warranty Terms General Coverage: OVC Flooring warrants that all flooring installations will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. Product Warranty: Any warranties on the flooring products themselves (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, carpet) are provided by the manufacturers of those products. OVC Flooring will pass through to the customer any manufacturer warranties, but does not independently warrant the products. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by improper maintenance, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover variations in color, grain, or markings which are ordinary to natural products. Remedy: If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to OVC Flooring in writing within the warranty period, the company will, at its option, repair or replace the defective workmanship. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall OVC Flooring be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Claims: Any claims under this warranty must be made in writing to OVC Flooring within 30 days of the customer becoming aware of the issue. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the flooring installation service. This is a general example and may not cover all potential issues. Always consult with a legal professional when drafting warranty terms. |
