| Warranty | After the completion of a paint job, customers can call us within five days if they find a flaw in workmanship, i.e areas with discoloration or spots. We will schedule an appointment with you to fix it. However, any damages, scratches, dents, holes and, marks by the homeowner after the completion of the contract will not be covered. If the tiles come off within two months of installation, we will repair it free of cost. Any damages that are not the result of flawed workmanship and material, are not covered under this warranty, i.e, damages after the completion of the job. We always leave 2-6 tiles with the customers to save it; in case of repair, if the material is discontinued in stores, we use those tiles. It is a good practice to save the tiles at least until the end of the warranty period. |
