Company Overview Rockport Property Services was founded in 2004 at the height of the leaky condo crisis Rockport identified the need in the lower mainland for a contracting and maintenance company with strong Core Values.

Over the years Rockport become a reliable and trusted maintenance company specifically designed for property managers and strata corporations.

For over a decade Rockport has been serving property managers in building envelope maintenance throughout the lower mainland in a fleet of vehicles and has earned the confidence of the Lower Mainland's engineers, builders, property managers and strata councils. Proven as premier exterior contractors, and experts in waterproofing, restorations, renovations and overall general maintenance for strata complexes in multi-residential and commercial sectors.

Rockport brings a thorough knowledge of strata by-laws, building design, materials, building codes, and structural issues to every job. Rockport s crew of experienced staff, including technicians, carpenters, applicators and carefully selected trades execute projects with the utmost skill, make sure disruptions are kept to a minimum. The Rockport team is mandated to providing friendly, professional and dedicated service to the client daily, this extends to the consultants Rockport works with, the subtrades that are employ, and the suppliers that Rockport uses.

To alleviate large construction cost, Rockport invests time sharing our knowledge with Property Managers and Strata Councils. This maximises funds and help priorities areas that need to be focused with easy to understand reports. These reports will help plan building maintenance for the future.
