| Warranty | **SCC Builds Warranty Agreement** **Scope of Warranty:** SCC Builds provides the following warranty for the construction and renovation services performed on the property located a This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of [ one year] from the completion date of the project. **Coverage:** During the warranty period, SCC Builds will repair, replace, or remedy, at its sole discretion, any defects in workmanship or materials that arise as a result of the construction or renovation services provided by the Company. This warranty covers both labor and materials used in the original construction or renovation project. **Exclusions:** This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by: - Normal wear and tear. - Improper maintenance or neglect. - Alterations or modifications performed by parties other than SCC Builds. - Acts of nature, accidents, or other external factors beyond the Company's control. **Claim Procedure:** To initiate a warranty claim, the Property owner must notify SCC Builds in writing within [30 days] of discovering the defect. The notice should include a detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation, and contact information. **Resolution:** Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, SCC Builds will promptly assess the reported issue and, if deemed a valid warranty item, will initiate repairs or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.
