| Warranty | 1. The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of completion of the renovation. 2. The warranty covers all defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship, including but not limited to; cracks, water damage, structural failure, and other major defects. 3. If any defects occur during the 5-year period, our company will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the customer. 4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear of the renovated area. 5. If the customer chooses to use a different contractor for repairs, the warranty will be null and void. 6. In the event of a dispute or disagreement, our company reserves the right to inspect the area in question before making a decision. 7. Our company reserves the right to modify or amend the warranty terms at any time. |
