Unlimited Contracting is a commercial, industrial and residential, repair contracting company; focused on finding innovative repair solutions for the clients we serve and the challenges they face. We believe relationship is the true currency of successful business, and we commit to being a longstanding resource for our clients and the broader community. Employees at Unlimited Contracting are longtime Okanagan Residents. The owner, Brandon Farr, has been working in construction for 13 years, and has been operating Unlimited Contracting for the past 7. We are all passionate about the community in which we operate and about the clients that we serve. We aim to engineer value in our partnerships by facilitating the creation of long-term and viable maintenance plans, which ensure sustainable and cost effective property/ facility life cycles.

We offer a variety of services to our clients. They include (but are not limited to), creation of Preventative Maintenance plans, Highrise Building Envelope Access and Repair, Concrete Repair, Stucco Repair, Parkade Repair, Specialty Coatings and Paintings, Retaining Wall Repairs, Water/Leak Detection and Remedial Action, Pressure Washing, Efflorescence Cleaning, Environmental Contracting, Seismic Upgrading, Attic Repair, Maintenance Audits, Fire Code Updates, and more.

We are also fully insured in order to cover our clients fully. Coverage includes, Liability Insurance, Faulty Workmanship Insurance, Errors and Omissions Insurance, and Bonded Insurance.
