Average finishing trim price on Vancouver Island for new construction

Looking for approximate costs for trimming out and finishing a new home with 8 single doors. 3 pocket doors, 6 double door closets, 7 1/4 baseboard, 11 windows that average 4x5ft. Trim is 4 1/2 crown molding on top, 3 1/4 stiles and brick mold for sills. Windows are lined with 6in mdf instead of drywall. House is 1700 sq feet.

Not looking for material costs as I have all on site. Including closet and door hardware, also all door stops and clost shelves. I do have a 4 shelf pantry that needs to be built (materials supplied) and a 4 shelf linen closet (mat supplied).

Is there a sq ft price or should I be prepared for a per unit price plus extras - pantry/linencloset/pocket doors as opposed to a regular pre-hung door???

Building my house so any feed back would be appreciated!!!!
