Average per foot price of new wood fence in GTA?

Hello,
I'm looking to get to get new fence for my home. Can you tell me how much does it costs per foot for 6x6 posts, pressure treated wood basic privacy design (roughly 90ft)
Also, the adjacent house does not want to share the cost (investment property). What are my options other than taking them to city? I'm in Mississauga

Most fencing companies charge $35 a linear foot for a fence of this type.

For a builder style fence with 6x6 posts you are looking at $45-$50 per linear foot.
If the neighbor doesn't want to pay, they don't have to. You can't make someone pay for something they don't want. You must also be sure that the fence is completely on your property.
