Cedar sauna refurb

We have a sauna that needs new tongue and groove installed, we will remove the old cedar, curious as to price to put up the new cedar, our previous quotes all seem high.

Clear cedar is costly and has to be special ordered. You also have to use coated fasteners or S/S nails. I would charge about $12.50 a foot to supply and install.

Are you going to install benches too? If yes, how many?
How about the heater? Will you install it yourself?
Anyways, if your answer is yes to all of mentioned questions, then I'll charge you $14.00 per square foot
