Difference in fencing costs - PT vs cedar

Hi,

Accurate cost depends on a number of factors:

1. Dimensions of your lumber

2. Grade, landscaping and access concerns

3. Style / Design of fence

Based on a rough measurement of 140 linear feet, with 3 gates and going with a standard pressure treated fortress 1 fence you would be looking at $54.95/ft & Cedar Fortress 1 $69.95/ft. Gates are an additional $299.95 + bracing. Included in those prices would be:

1. Full construction of fence

2. All materials for construction

3. Site cleaning, landscape repairs and spray down if necessary

4. Workmanship Guarantee / 5 Year Warranty - which requires us to break 42"+ below grade (3.5ft) for your posts.

Includes construction of the fence guaranteed for 3 year.

Spraying and other more durable options are available.
