I'm a contractor. What do I charge to set up a swing stage and do a day of work on the six story exterior vent?

Matthew,
I would change by the hour and for the vent add set up fee plus an extra $20/hour above the second floor. I charge $50/hr as my base rate.

Seems a little low to be honest. I appreciate your input but I made more then double that when I rented a zoom lift. I feel I should charge more for hanging off the side of a building. Is this something you have experience with? Just curious if you have charged this for something similar before. Thanks again for your help. Gives me something to think about.
