It is a new town house at the Bridge Water, I need to pave a walkway from the back of the house to the parking pad at the back. The length of the walk way is about 43 feet, the width can vary depending on the bricks used. I think the concrete slab in the dimension (24*30) could be used, and 30'' used as the width.
The walkway need to be completed before the snow fall.
Thanks!
Add support and repair existing structure. This possibly will require making concrete footings and installing teleposts . The work area will be ready with all insulation removed and level ground under the porch. The exterior wall will probably have to be removed and will require basic rebuilding with some additional materials. The budget will be negotiable to an extent.
1. Remove concrete front entrance steps, they are falling into the house and cracking the foundation. Current steps are 8.5' wide x 8.5' deep x 3' high.
2. Install new open riser concrete steps.
Please provide two quotes, one for just removal of old steps and one for removal of old steps and installation of new steps.
I am looking for a quote to repair and resurface the front steps of our home - the square footage is approximately 50 sq. ft. The home is approximately 40 years old; the damage to the steps was caused by shovelling snow in the winter; a prior attempt to patch and repair the steps was previously done.
1 - Repair or build over concrete steps
2 - Build deck over steps, continuing along side of house & connecting to existing deck
3 - Build a "sun room" or other small structure on existing deck to provide shade
4 - Assistance with permits & meeting any legal requirements
5 - Widen concrete sidewalk
6 - Widen concrete patio
7 - Design for eventual garage

Budget is flexible based on what we want done (i.e. I assume this full list will require over $20K)
We have a split level home. Front exterior is a combo of reclaimed brick & oak siding.
The oak siding is on the upper level ( 2 windows)
as well as at the base of the bay living room window & on the side wall of the front steps.
It's time for a change ..we 'think' we want to go the route of the taupe
stuccos that we are seeing in the newer homes.
Rest of house has white stucco which will also need to be painted to match.
Single storey residence, nominal 1000-sf bungalow, 8-ft concrete basement walls, 1971 construction. Have serious full depth thru wall cracking in our front, concrete, basement wall; worst location is under our front stairs and same location as our sewer and water service entry points, (leaking sewer has been previously repaired - 4 years ago, partial underpinning of the front wall has been previously done - 10 years ago). Have already removed the precast stairs that were hung from the wall to off load the wall presently partially excavated, finishes from inside basement wall have been removed for inspection. Seeking solution options for foundation repair and estimate. services requested by property owner
We live in a six year old home in Transcona, currently there are concrete blocks that make up the sidewalk. We would like to widen the driveway and continue into a sidewalk that then wraps around the front of the house for a small seating area.
The extension of the driveway is a triangular shape that runs arount 12 feet by 6 feet at the widest part. The sidewalk is about 10 feet long and the patio section would be about 12 x 12
I have a front sidewalk composed of three concrete squares (each measuring 6ft wide X 5 ft long-totaling 90 sq feet) alongside the front of my house and leading up to my front stairs. The square situated just before the stairs is no longer level, leaving a hole/space underneath. The sidewalk has come away from the house leaving an approx. 5 inch gap between the sidewalk and the house wall the whole 15 foot length of the sidewalk.
