Hello,
I will be completely redoing a downstairs kitchen(10'x10' approx.), installing a bathroom in a garage(8'x8', only currently has a plumbed sink and toilet) and having a small L-shaped wall with a door installed to separate a room.
I would like to have you visit the property within the next five days to quote, ideally this Friday. I would like to start the work on the 21 or 22nd of October.
Thank you for your attention.

I am helping a senior who would like a shower rod and the riser (vertical rod that the shower head attaches to) installed for her clawfoot tub. The current taps in the tub are the ones that a riser can attach to. The quote would need to include the cost of the rod and riser in addition to installation.
We have a small bungalow with a 5 x 8 bathroom that needs to be ripped and put back together.
The current configuration does not permit a standard bath tub so (option 1) the toilet, tub and sink will have to move to permit a full size tub (option 2) pull one of the walls out into another room then leave the toilet and sink in the same place and put the full size tub in the existing spot.
So I am looking for ideas and a quote on either option to determine if moving the plumbing is more costly than moving a small section of a wall and not having to address rerouting the plumbing.
The bungalow is small - 1100 sq feet and is located in Brantford.
Thank you
Hello,
We are looking to replace our stall shower in our basement bathroom. It is approximately 84" tall (measured from the inside), 34" deep, 30.5" wide. The wall is cut out around the shower currently with a wall on one side and some cabinets on the other side.
We aren't looking for anything fancy for this shower - we just need something functional to get us by until we save up enough to renovate our other basement bathroom entirely. We will also need the shower head and drain installed - the current drain pipe is narrow and we haven't been able to find a drain that fits it so we may need to get a new pipe as well.
We want to keep the price down to $1500.
Thanks,
Jackie
I am a senior who needs to replace my old toilet with a new one but I think the flooring may need to be replaced also because the old one leaked. I have the new toilet but would require new wood for the floor and tiling or vinyl to replace the old. I own the house and the flooring area to replace is approximately 5.5' x 6'. The existing trim could probably reused.
