This house was built in 1990 and its approximately 24 years old.
23 year old house. Master Bathroom: 5'8" wide x 8' long. Actual floor space approx. 32" wide x 8' long.
Balance of floor space houses bathtub and vanity on same side opposite the toilet.
Project began as a DIY but has grown beyond my capability to complete it.
Tile floor and subfloor have already been removed. New tile on hand for floor and wall. New toilet and vanity/sink on hand. Have yet to source new bathtub (whirlpool), tub surround, shower doors, and sink taps/faucet.
Current bathtub tile needs removal in order to check for any leakage or mold. Estimated minimal amount of plumbing, electrical and/or drywall repair.
A separate smaller L-shaped 2-piece powder room requires new drywall install in the ceiling. Old drywall was removed to facilitate the install of a new exhaust fan and pot lighting. Those two items have been completed.
The house was built in 1993 and everything except the flooring is original. We replaced the linoleum with stick down tiles four years ago to give it a different look. Ideally, we would like to take out the soaker tub and put in a large shower, use the existing shower as a linen closet, change the counter top and flooring. The only major problem, if we do this, we would have to move the toilet (which we want replaced). The soaker tub sits in the corner of the bathroom, but there are windows on each of the corner walls, therefore, replacing the soaker tub in its current location with a shower would not work. We are open to ideas and suggestions.
Aprox 100 130 sq/ft bathroom ceramic / stone shower w glass frameless walls overlapping on to a corner tub which will also need tile work and posible upgrade/change to tub. More tile work for the floors, new toilet, vanity with cabinets with posible construction to that wall. Granite counter tops w under mounted sink. Looking to complete quickley lots of lead time. 12-15 year old house
Smaller older bungalo in need of a bathroom update. We need existing bathtub, vanity, sink, fixtures and toilet removed and new installed. We have found a nice surround (3 piece) tub, an appropriate vanity, toilet and fixtures. we would like these to be installed. We have new laminate flooring for this small space too which may go down best before toilet and vanity are installed.
This is our only shower - so the timing of the renovations is important. Price is a factor as we are newlyweds, but we are willing to pay for the quality workmanship. Please send us quotes of both cost and time for this project.
Thank you.
I plan to get following items done.
1) Remodel present full washroom
2) Remodel Kitchen
3) Remodel Powder room and get conversion into a full washroom (this might include moving laundry into space where there is powder room right now and creating a new full washroom from scratch at present laundry area)
4) Changing floors for whole house
5) Remodel Basement/Recreation room (removing wooden partitions and hanging ceiling and replacing them with proper dry walls.
6) Painting job.
I would like to have your team visit for in home consultation and estimate at this stage, this would give me enough time to have the required budget on hand for the job when we begin execution.
Please feel free to contact me via my email or my cell. I stay in Cambridge ON.
Best Regards;

Hi! Looking to expand and remodel our basement bathroom. Need a wall knocked down for the expansion, and need new toilet, small sink and something done to remodel the shower. Sounds like more than it is lol it’s quite small right now but looking for some competitive quotes to hopefully get this done soon!
I am the housing and community manager for a seniors residence. I have a resident who would like to the tub removed and a walk in shower put in the apartment. Some of our residences have already done this a but unfortunately the have done at there own expense. Could I have someone come and view the scope of this job and see if this can be done reasonably.
