this is new construction and the cottage is 1500 square feet . I can provide the pdf file of the approximate layout . This is not the building planns but a replication of the plans. We can either have conctrete block or poured concrete.I nee this asap as the season is aproaching. we would like to get estimates of cost .including three support stud columbs. both quoting with and without a floor in the crawl. We would also nee dto know availability to start and duration of project. this is a clear unrestricted lot on the main road. with easy access. aproximate estimate is what we need .
Currently a falling-apart shed/garage on site to be removed (this can be included as part of the quote). This shed has a poured concrete base which would probably need to be removed as well.
This building is intended to have ground floor as a showroom/workshop/studio + storage and upper floor as additional living/working space. Needs connection to current well and septic. Electricity already brought out to current shed.
This building would have a fair amount of windows along the south side. None of them have to be huge. Insulation and a fair amount of interior finishing would be needed (wiring, plumbing, ducts, framing etc.). Exterior can be left as bare concrete block.
Probably need a site survey (the lot slopes a bit) as well as applicable permits.
Feel free to suggest different materials/methods for construction. We are by no means tied to the materials noted above. Additional questions welcome.
