the house was gutted out completely and the upstairs was started. A friend sent her guys to do the work and never put a support on the wall on the main floor. I took all the plaster off the walls on the main floor. I do have the support beam and need somebody to put the beam up properly. The house is 100 years old. The electric wires are all over the place and my insurance company will not cover my house for the full amount. the most important is the support beam and the insulation will have to be done by the winter time.

Subject: Bathroom Remodeling Project
We recently underwent a complete tear-out of our bathroom due to a leak and minor mold infestation in our attick and sub floor due to improper ventilation.
The walls were constructed of concrete lathe.
We are now seeking a skilled and licensed company to assist us with the framing and sub floor repair.
Project Scope: Framing: The block wall needs to be framed square and plumb to accommodate the installation of a 60" x 30" x 20" tub. This framing should provide adequate structural support for 5/8 Denshield.
As well as plumb and square the exisitng framing.
A section of sub floor around the tub and toilet has been removed. And requires repair.
There is 2 sheets of 5/8 4x8 plywood on site for this purpose.
As well as meeting safety standards.
Additional Details:
- The bathroom dimensions are approximately 5 ft by 10 ft, totaling 50 square feet.
- The bathroom has been properly vented to prevent future moisture-related issues.
- The mold has been professionally remediated to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Our budget for this project ranges from $1000 to $2000, and we kindly request an itemized breakdown of expenses and labor costs.
Timeline:
We would like the project to be completed as soon as possible. Given the urgency, punctuality and efficiency are crucial factors in selecting the right contractor for this job.
Insurance and Licensing:
Proof of appropriate insurance coverage and valid licensing is a mandatory requirement for any company we engage with. This ensures the protection of both parties involved and compliance with legal obligations.
We invite you to submit a detailed proposal outlining the cost estimates, including a breakdown of materials, labor, and any additional expenses. Upon reviewing the proposals, we will make a final decision based on the best fit for our project requirements.
Please send your proposal to the provided email address or contact number no later than Friday Nov 17 . Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further clarification.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to receiving your proposal and potentially working together.

We need three walls framed (approx 6 x 8 feet) in order to start drywall in our basement. The basement is insulated, however there are two locations that have a partial concrete wall that need to be built out in order to be flush with the rest of the wall.
Ideally, I'd like the work to be done in April.

Hello
I need to replace a door and window frame that were extensively damaged from a water leak causing structural damage which must be repaired before the new door and window can be installed. This is not covered by insurance and is essentially due to an original design flaw (house is 26 years old)
It will also need some minor drywall repair inside,
I have pictures I can forward and it's all boarded up at this point.
Help!!
Thank you for getting back to me
We found the previous owners of our home had peeled back the siding where the deck meets the back of the house. There is now rot under our sliding door, exposing the framing and interior floor joists to moisture. Seeking to have any rotten wood replaced/repaired and the hole in the exterior wall temporarily waterproofed until new siding can be applied.
110 year old home that is in great shape. However over the years the floors have sagged a little (2-3"). There has never been a beam in the basement, however going forward some support would be preferred to stop any further sagging. There is no failure nor is it critical. The homes new owners would like to see it done and are getting the house into best possible shape for future reno. There would probably be two shorter beams across the basement as the duct work runs through the middle. Would love to hear from you regarding this situation.
Hi there,
This is an existing home build in the mid/late 1940's, I bought this house 2 years ago and fixing and updating things. The house is of a preformed slab, concrete construction.(experimental?) The concrete in 2-3 inches think.
The previous owner neglected to keep eaves in working order and as a result, there was water damage done to the exterior walls on the attached garage. I am looking for someone to remove all existing exterior walls and re-frame in wood. I would also like to have 2 garage doors installed, one in the front and one in the back.
I have already gutted the garage and all needs doing is the removal of the existing walls and the reconstruction of the new one.
